It was refreshing to know that a surgeon had kept up on the technology and adapted his process. That impressed me. I'm post op, retained my grafts, have no dog ears and my scar lines are tiny, which was amazing because I was huge. Then I had even more uneven huge boobs, that ended up with capsular contracture. I came back to him in tears and he came in and told me that it wasn't his fault, it was mother nature. No remorse what so ever. I finally saved up enough and did enough research to go to someone else, who did a great job, was kind, thorough, and made every step of the way a good experience. I ended up with capsular contracture again because of all the previous damage from mangubat and then we tried using a different type of implant which again I had capsular contracture. So here I am left with huge scars from his "crest lift" scars underneath my armpits, under my boobs, t scars and no confidence because of someone who could care less and would rather get a paycheck. The ER surgeon who stitched up my face recommended Dr. Hutter and I'm so glad he did. Dr. Hutter performed the difficult surgery brilliantly. But, I had a bad reaction to the dissolvable stitches and my body formed cysts around the sutures that never dissolved, which created another webbing appearance in the corner of my eye. Dr. Hutter told me he wasn't sure if he was skilled enough to do a second procedure (due to the delicate area and sensitive skin). I then went to a so-called specialist in Bellevue and had an awful experience-- waited over an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment just to be seen by some junior level elitist doctor who pointed out other flaws that I didn't complain about and never even got to see the specialist. I trusted my gut and asked for another appointment with Dr. Hutter. Not only did he agree to do the surgery, he also did not have any coffee prior to the surgery (probably to ensure steadiness of his hand)! He successfully removed all the cysts and newly created webbing. He was definitely skilled enough. Dr. Hutter and his staff are amazing. Even though they're all highly educated and skilled, they're down to earth, personable, and fun. And I've never had to wait to be seen by them (unlike the pompous staff at that Bellevue plastic surgeon's office). Dr. Hutter and his staff value your time and take pride in their work and results. He assured me he could achieve this with no issue in order to get my $9000. I chose Dr Sattler because of how convincing he was that he could achieve the results that I wanted. The surgery itself seems to go well. Afterwards, I noticed very early on my outcome was nothing like what I was assured I would receive. After many appointments, emails, texts and calls with Dr Sattler, I became more and more frustrated. He was extremely dismissive, arrogant and seemed like my concerns were not valid. He kept telling me if after 1 year I was still unhappy he would fix them. This was an outright lie. I still have pain in my right breast after 15 months, I have a double bubble on my right breast so it looks odd and neither breast is the shape or aesthetic I was promised. He actually told me if I had come a few months later, he could have achieved the result that I wanted but at the time of my surgery he was less comfortable with the other type of implant that he should have used due to inexperience with it. His solution was to remove the implant on my right breast, attempt to fix the double bubble, then place the old implant back in. He stated he did not know if this would work and it would look odd for about a year but this was my only option. I asked about revisions on both breasts because neither looked right, and he said he would not do this. So much for standing by their results. He consulted with 2 other surgeons about my case, without my knowledge or permission. He wanted to charge me $3000 to attempt to fix the bubble until I pointed out they promise on social media that they will not charge you additional money if they need to fix something they did. I have no faith or confidence in him as a surgeon. He permanently altered my body and arrogantly dismissed all of my concerns. I saved for this surgery for a long time and now will have to save again to have someone else fix his mistakes. Very disappointed. I feel like I was very mislead with his sales pitch and my consultation.

On the day of surgery, I was told the procedure was canceled due to a positive nicotine test--something I was never informed would be required on the day of surgery. I was left emotionally devastated and financially drained. No part of the surgery was performed, and the practice refused to return any of my payment. After speaking with the office on the day of the surgery when I was groggy from medications and then one less than 10 minute conversation, the office told me they would not be discussing with me any further my request for a refund or alternative to losing out on my 25k payment.
