Driver was unable to stay in the lanes on 95 on our ride to JFK from CT. When I mentioned to him he answered me rudely. He made us bring the bags to us. His car was very small, back seat was a hard bench covered with thick vinyl, the ride home was almost four hours due to rain and traffic, unbearable ride in this crappy car. Very unfriendly. Almost $600 for this. Will never use them again. read more

I was going from Croton, NY to JFK, and it was the most terrifying ride. The driver, Rafa, drove way too fast even though I had plenty of time to get to JFK. When I asked him to slow down, he said that it was okay to drive that speed. He ate for to entire ride; even looking for food and swerving off the road 2 times. He drove so fast, that the warning sign came on and he had to stop-short not to hit the car in front of him. When I spoke to the person, I made the reservation with, her answer was the next time she would send a professional driver. I asked to get a partial refund, and she told me that she already gave me a discount (about $20) and would not give me a refund. Needless to say, I won't be using HighStar Limo ever again read more

I will say that the driver was ok. But I've used car services before and for the price I was paying, I expected a nice town car. What we got was a RAV4. Was much like a basic Uber but for town car prices. I would not recommend. I followed up with them and there was no response. I usually don't write negative reviews but I felt like this was not accurate representation. When they failed to respond, then I felt like I should write a review. read more

This is a scam! I originally wanted an suv from JFK to CT. The suv was too expensive so they offered me an executive black car sedan service. They assured me that would "easily fit 3 passengers and 3 suitcases". I booked the service 2 months prior to needing it. The day of my flight, just before taking off I got a text from them saying my driver changed. When we landed, they sent me an older Toyota suv. They specifically told me I'd get an executive black car and sent a POS Toyota. The old bait and switch! Use somebody else. Don't use HighStarLimo. Then they offered me a $20 credit on a future ride. Like I'm going to use that! All of their reviews on their website are fake too. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake I did! read more

Very responsive when I reached out for a quote. Driver was prompt upon my arrival at JFK; he texted me 20 mins before I was supposed to land to let me know he arrived. Patient as our bags were delayed coming out at baggage claim. Helpful is getting bags in and out of car. Safe driver. Would absolutely use their service again! read more

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. Pickup was supposed to be 6pm and drop off was going to be 2am. The concert began at 8pm. So they wanted to get there will in advance. The day came (a few weeks ago) and 6pm came... And nothing.. 6:15pm and no one. Now I'm at work and the calls begin to come in frantically. My wife called the owner and he said he had no record of the trip and hung up on her. Then after I texted him, he said the driver had an emergency and another driver is on his way and they will get there in plenty of time. So now he already flat out lied from the get go. I finally get home from work at 7pm and my son and girlfriend are still there. Knowing traffic in the city, this isn't looking good. I text him at 7:15pm and I receive absolutely no answer. Now I'm thinking that I'm going to have to drive these kids into the city and bring them home. At 7:30, a beat up, filthy Suburban pulls up. It's not the driver's fault, so I just firmly ask that he is going to wait for them and bring them home. My son said the inside was not clean. The outside was disgusting, being VERY dirty and obviously in multiple accidents. Somehow I paid for a 2022 Mercedes and would up with a banged up, beat up 2015 (at best) Suburban. Needless to say, they were late for the concert. I paid for 6pm -2am. They got picked up at 7:30pm and was home at 12:45am. No refund. No apology. Nothing. Avoid this service at all costs. You've been warned in advance. He flat out scammed me (and others from the reviews that I have read). Very disappointing for a night my son and his girlfriend have been looking forward to for quite awhile.

Great company! We loved our driver Luiz! My husband and I can't say enough great things about him! He was on time, professional, friendly and funny and just a great person! We had a small wedding but he did shuttle a number of family members, and us, back and forth from the hotel, City hall, and the reception venue. He was so lovely to our families and friends, got us everywhere we needed to be on time and he clearly knows his way around SF. Now City Hall doesn't allow cars to park outside of the building so when the ceremony was over we figured we'd call Luiz and wait for him. There was no need! Luiz was already outside waiting for us! Wow! He made things so easy for us and one less thing to worry about. Driving to SF City Hall I was anxious and excited but Luiz was lovely and provided great conversation! My family loved him! I can't recommend High Star Limo enough! As someone who is highly anxious, especially with traveling with a large family and making sure things go smoothly, I was incredibly nervous about using a car service for the first time, but they exceeded every expectation. They were prompt, professional, and right on time for our roundtrip to JFK. On our return, our JetBlue flight was delayed, and our luggage took forever to come out. Even with all the delays, our driver waited patiently, stayed in touch, and was accommodating. It was such a relief after a long day of travel! Their reliability, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience completely stress free. The party van was absolutely superb! Clean, fun lighting, and most importantly got 12 people from A to B safely! My friends with us, some of whom are profoundly stupid people, broke a few champagne glasses, but they were really cool about it! They also let you play your own music via the speakers and clearly explained where the emergency exits are before leaving, which could definitely be important. Highly recommend and would book again! When we arrived back at SFO after our trip I got a text from the driver and a call from the dispatcher making sure I got the text. Very thorough.
