Lucky me, it was basil cells and I had to have it removed today. I was so nervous! Like almost in tears nervous- and I have had 4 kids . I saw Dr Patrick and he gave me a few treatment options and told me how lucky I am we caught it early. In both of my experiences with the front desk staff they have been more than friendly and accommodating. The nurses and techs have all been professional, calming and very helpful of the procedure and post procedure care. Both Holly & Dr Patrick were very professional, attentive, educational & took the time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be back, hopefully for just yearly exams now . The front desk staff are always extremely friendly, the office is nice and clean and modern looking and the exam rooms are nicely maintained as well. My experience was awful for many reasons. 1. It was insisted…read morethat I sign a consent for treatment before speaking with the provider "just in case" 2. Before the treatment, the pros and cons of the procedure was not discussed 3. The provider decided to go through with the treatment without my approval 4. I only found out about the administration of treatment when I was trying to console my crying daughter. I found out because my daughter started saying no no no while swatting her dress down and noticed the PA was lifting up my daughters dress and spraying her with liquid nitrogen. My daughter's area of concern was her knees and I specifically told the PA NOT her stomach. 5. When I expressed my concerns to the office administrator Judy, she not only had no remorse for the actions, she said the burden was on me to stop the PA from the nonsense treatment that was occurring in secret 6. My only request was an apology to my daughter and Judy rolled her eyes and said "you want any apology, to a four year old?" 7. I was told by the office manager that she would escalate my concerns to someone else in Clearwater and I would hear by the end of the day. No one has reached out I need someone to speak with me and make actionable change, or I will continue to do my due diligence to right these very many wrongs.

Probably saved me 15 minutes in the office. When I got there the receptionist was so friendly and so was the nurse who did the procedure. The doctor seems very nice also, I didn't have much interaction with him because I was having a simple procedure but the one I did have was pleasant. I was in and out in less that 1/2 an hour. Cost me $7 for 5 skin tags to be removed. Probably my insurance made it that cheap.

I've spent a lot of money on face products (creams and serums) from them that I've used in conjunction with a prescription and it's worked great. Apparently my provider changes and now they won't refill my RX until I'm seen, so I make an appt which is more than a month away. Let me share that the pharmacist requested refill almost a month ago. I've made several calls to the AAD office with no response, meanwhile I've run out and my cystic acne has started to come back. In the matter of a week I've had a breakout of painful, sore swelled red bumps on my face. I cannot even lay on my right side because they hurt. But rather than refill my RX Ulta last me until my appt they flat out refuse. I am not a new patient they have my file, they see me 2x a year. No one reached out to say my Dr was changing and to avoid a gap in treatment plz make an appt. No one responded to pharmacist when they tried to refill, no one reached out to me when the pharmacist tried to refill. No one responded to my 2 calls to the office when I was told a note would be placed on my chart to have it refilled. Now I'm in pain AND I have 2 huge red bumps on my face! Which makeup cannot hide! And they want me to continue to wait 45 days until she can see me. And start my treatment all over again! No thank you! If you don't care about how you're treated by your provider or you don't have any real issues then sure use AAD otherwise keep looking.
