Lucky me, it was basil cells and I had to have it removed today. I was so nervous! Like almost in tears nervous- and I have had 4 kids . I saw Dr Patrick and he gave me a few treatment options and told me how lucky I am we caught it early. In both of my experiences with the front desk staff they have been more than friendly and accommodating. The nurses and techs have all been professional, calming and very helpful of the procedure and post procedure care. Both Holly & Dr Patrick were very professional, attentive, educational & took the time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be back, hopefully for just yearly exams now . Thank you so much. Check your skin, get annual exams & wear sunscreen.

I have never waited long and definitely not past my appt time. The front desk staff are always extremely friendly, the office is nice and clean and modern looking and the exam rooms are nicely maintained as well. Michelle is always very informative and gentle and takes as much time as you need. Checking out is always a breeze as well. I have zero complaints and would highly recommend Watson Clinic for any of your dermatology needs!

All great experiences. The place is very aesthetic and just beautiful and clean overall. Staff were very kind and I enjoyed my visit with Jansen and Iggy. They were very helpful and were able to get me the info I needed for some spots on my face. I enjoyed my visit and would return for any future dermatology needs. I can't speak on the insurance portion yet as I haven't received my bill yet but I will update when I do. Great place with great professionals!

Derek Dermatology is a case study in how administrative incompetence and corporate-style management…read morecan destroy a medical practice from the inside out. The physicians themselves appear capable and have reasonable bedside manner, but their efforts are completely overshadowed by an administrative and billing operation that is dysfunctional, dismissive, and indifferent to patients. Routine matters become unnecessarily complicated, billing lacks clarity, and communication is consistently poor. Nothing is handled efficiently, and accountability is nonexistent. What is most troubling is the complete absence of patient-centered thinking. The experience feels transactional and volume-driven, not medical. Patients are processed, not cared for. Follow-ups fall through, questions go unanswered, and problems linger without resolution. I escalated my concerns to upper management and spoke directly with someone named Carolyn. Rather than concern or ownership, I was met with indifference. There was no attempt to understand the issue, no meaningful response, and no indication that patient experience matters at any level beyond the exam room. This practice gives the impression that it was once a reputable, personalized dermatology office. Today, it operates like franchise dermatology, stripped of accountability and human connection, where systems matter more than patients. If you value transparency, responsiveness, and being treated with basic respect, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Competent doctors are not enough when the surrounding operation is fundamentally broken.

I called and the very friendly receptionist got me an appointment right away. There was a bit of a wait, which was kind of annoying, but once I was in with the doctor they were nothing but professional. She was very realistic about the risk factors but also brought up the charge of the different biopsies. I am happy with the level of care I received at Brandon Dermatology and plan to visit yearly.

The problem arose on my visit a few weeks ago. I was asked to update my medical history on a tablet. I came to a question asking what my gender was at birth and it offered 3 choices. I am barraged by the woke ideology on a daily basis and do not expect to be on the receiving end of it from a medical professional. I almost walked out and probably should have. When I questioned Dave about it, he asked the nurse if they really asked that. The next day I wrote to the owner on their web site and see how they could justify this nonsense. Surprisingly, two weeks later I have not had a response. I have many choices of where to receive skin care. I will start over with another provider.
