This is my family spot. The 1st place any of us in the family go when picking up some fresh seafood. They got everything from different size shrimp to crab choices for Lapierre. You name it, anything around here, it's fresh & available. The frequent picks are Shrimp, Crabs & Oysters They also have some cooked items that range between $5 ~$15 which are also some fan favorites as I managed to pick up some garlic shrimp while I was picking up my other main items for dinner. This trip around it had jumbo shrimp on the menu as well as some conch... yep that's right conch so I can make some fritters, and some crab clusters to compliment my gumbo. Top notch and recommend for fresh seafood on the GO! We were on our way out of town and wanted one last hurrah and three residents and two visitors recommended we stop at HWY 21 Market. Great prices and outstanding service. We had choices galore and settled on a single bushel of oysters - the cluster bag was too big for our cooler ;-) upgrading to a bigger cooler next time. We also secured a sheepshead and a bundle or scallops. You cannot beat the freshness and prices in my opinion were very reasonable for what we received. We will be making Hwy 21 and its awesome staff a permanent stop on our way in and out of town in low country. Among selection: whiting, tilapia, sheepshead, clams, crabs, shrimp, oysters, conch and many many more. Don't even try to drive by and miss this spot - although you might pass if going by too fast.
