Norwell Collision charges Geico $40/day as a preferred vendor. Out of my pocket is $5200 for storage only! I worked with Junior all along the way but now trying to discuss a reasonable cost for storage with Mohamed has been a major challenge as this owner is out of the country (Lebanon) for months at a time and will not respond to any discussion requests. Unfortunately, I took the car there which I never will again as this process has shown me that this business owner does not care about ripping of his customers or repeat business. But the two things I will talk about are: 1) Customer Service. The staff was a true pleasure to deal with and they were rock solid on sending me an email every couple days to keep me in the loop about where we stood during the whole process. And the only thing more important than good customer service? 2) High Quality Work. My car didn't look this good the day it rolled off the dealer's lot, and they even spiffed up the interior while it was sitting there! One additional note: not that I was trying to test these guys on their honesty or anything but I did happen to leave a small amount of cash in one of the compartments when I dropped the car off, and it was still there when I picked up the car. That speaks volumes to me about the employees of this shop having true respect for their customer's property. I would give these folks about an 8 Star rating on a 1-5 scale if the app would let me.
