Was having car issues on the way into work. Stopped by Supreme, and not only did they take me right away, but the owner took the time to explain what was happening with my car. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, I did not realize he was the owner! The guy who did my car even took the time to help me re-program my bluetooth that had been offline forever. We have been going to Supreme for over twenty years and after the last two weeks I just wanted to give a BIG Thank You to John and the whole crew. John went above and beyond bringing someone on board to try and correct a crazy issue we were having with a non-factory installed alarm. We always feel like a valued customer here. Any work we have had done has always been top quality. I personally as a woman, like hanging out in the waiting area chatting with whoever is at the desk when getting a sticker. It's fun and I get to look at the beautiful fish in the tank! I also had a great conversion recently with Tatum updating me on what was happening to my son's car and what they were going to do to try and save it. He was knowledgeable and so polite. Great conversationalist for such a young man. AND, I've seen Ernie so much lately (son's car issues) it's like he is my buddy. I always have a good chat with him when I'm there. One time I thought I had an issue with my car and happened to be driving by and got nervous so I stopped . Ernie came right out and checked it out and let me know what it could be and he was right. We've never been done wrong here and Supreme is the only place we take our 3 cars and will continue to do so! read more

Had an exhaust leak and stopped by to see if they could repair it, as my normal mechanic was booked full. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was not letting them fix it. First impression, No smoking sign on door, staff smoking inside and filthy waiting area. Second total disorganization, paperwork all over desk and not a computer in sight. Third, after they put it on the lift, I got the OH boy, that's a big job a lot of work. Four, calls to get a price, shuffles piles of paper around looking for a pencil, then does some fancy long hand math and tells me the part I need is $800+ gasket kits plus labor. Can't give me labor cost because it might be a 2 day job. Told him I would call the next day because I needed to move my schedule around. I called my mechanic and he could get me in the next day. I dropped off the car and got a call about 1/2 hour later, I was told The pipe and gaskets I needed would cost $450 and would take a couple of hours. Picked up car later in day. Total bill just over $800. A couple of things. Before I brought my car to SMOKEY MUFFLER I looked up the price of the part, and it was $400. So I knew when they quoted the price of the part they were trying to screw me. What a shit way to do business, and thank God I have an honest shop that isn't trying to screw their customers. So I had car troubles and went into Supreme to have my car checked since it had trouble starting, AAA came out, got it to start after troubleshooting and then the check engine light came on so I went to the shop to get it fixed. After all said and done $500 was spent and the light was off of the dashboard. Within DAYS the car had the same starting issue, turned off while slowing down twice and shakes crazy when braking. I return it back to the shop on the next Monday to have them fix it again. Supreme had my car from 8 am to 2 pm, 6 hours, only to tell me there is nothing they can do and to take it to the dealership. Now I'm out $500 before Christmas with a car that still needs repairs. Hmm. Used to be my go-to place 15 years ago when I worked in the area. Things have changed. To the guy at the front counter: I'm sorry you get no vacation days. I'm sorry you get no health insurance. Please don't share this with your customers....you are not a tree - MOVE ON. You told us that our car needed new rear calipers, rotors, pads AND brake lines. When I didn't authorize this work, you got short with me. Very little of that was needed, as verified by a more reputable shop. Will not be back. read more

I HAD A NOISE PROBLEM and the mechanic fixed it in a few minutes for a 'Thanks!" I decided to bring them my business. I have not had any issues with them at all. They do my tire work, lube, oil, and filter. I haven't needed more extensive mechanical work, but they have my confidence. read more

I had a flat tire in front of this business (it was around 7 pm). My two children and I pulled in front of the business to change our tire. We had the lug nuts off, tire off, and were about to put the spare on when the jack fell. My son saw lights on inside the business and went to see if they had another jack (keep in mind that it was freezing cold). He came back out and said they told him they'd charge him 50 dollars, he said he didn't need them to change the tire, he just wanted to borrow a jack. One of the men said they couldn't do that. He said, "I have to ask my mom." He came out and a man in a plow pulled up behind us and kindly offered to help. The two employees from the business came out the door with a hydraulic jack. They saw me and did not say a word about charging. They started arguing about where to put the jack under the car. The kind stranger said he had a jack in his truck, they said no they got it. Please keep in mind, we had already got the lugs and tire off. The employees lifted the car, the kind stranger helped me get the spare on and used his drill to tighten my lug nuts. The employee told me to come into the shoo and fill out a slip., I am thinking, "Why?" I get in there and he proceeds to tell me that he is charging me 50.00 and since all I have on me is a credit card he is going to add another 25.00. You read that right. They charged me 75.00 to lift my car up (they did NOTHING else) and did not tell me they were charging me and told the man that was going to help for free they "had it". Unfortunately, this is why mechanics get a bad name and a reputation for taking advantage of people. The man charging me saw my face and told me he was cheaper than a tow truck and that I should be grateful because they closed at 5. I have AAA and could have had a tow truck come and change my tire for free. I called this morning and his response was, "Did you expect me to work for free?" No. I was not asking you to work, in fact NO ONE asked you to work. And they did not tell me they would charge me because they would have been told to go back inside, their help was not needed. It cost me 75.00 to learn to steer clear of this business. read more

This is by far one of the most funniest dealerships I've ever had the pleasure to deal with I literally bought a box truck for them for $12,000 is what we agreed upon with $1,000 down I gave them my $1,000 down payment they hand me a bunch of paperwork to sign I signed it I then realize I owe the bank $12,000 still so they took my thousand dollars and put it in their pocket and then they keep my truck after being paid for for over a week and say they're going through it with a fine tooth comb to make sure it's 100% for me the funniest part is when I pick my truck up there's a hole in the muffler that I could stick my hand in and ironically their name is called supreme muffler and brake my muffler was far from supreme there was a rip in my seat and my sun visor had a broken clip I'm not a mechanic and these are things I saw right away but as I needed this truck for work I went on my way. I asked him about my $1,000 and about the things that were wrong on my vehicle he said I could talk to old man but I'd have better Lexi and Jesus Christ 8 months later the dealership is now calling me I guess they might have messed up on some paperwork and now need my help how ironic so now I treat them the same way they treated me read more

When I first moved into the area I brought my SUV here a few times, for a couple of oil changes and a flat tire. I was treated with such disrespect. Granted I didn't make an appointment I showed up and got a dirty look like how dare I even walk into that place. It kind of seems like a "good old boys clubs", like if you don't know someone who knows someone then don't come there. I tired going back a couple of times thinking maybe I caught them on a bad day but every time they were nothing but rude. I brought my Mustang in for a muffler/exhaust repair. I was told that the system I had was a custom job and they would be able to fix the whole system. When I picked up my car today I was in tears. They did a horrible job and now my car (with a dual exhaust) sounds so bad I want to sell it! When I said I sounded funny, I was told that they "corrected the exhaust and turned it into a true dual exhaust system". when I told them that I didn't like it and I didn't like the sound they were pretty much like...too bad. This work cost me $700 that I did not have to spend and they couldn't care less about me as a customer. And on top of everything...I dropped the car off with 1/4 tank of gas and when I got it back it was almost empty!! I had to stop for gas on the way home!! I would not recommend this shop to ANYONE and I would tell everyone to NEVER use them for any repairs. read more

I wouldn't take my car here. They are rude and disrespectful. They'll let you sit and wait there for 20 min then act like your bothering them for an oil change. I have spent a good deal of money over there but will never go again. I had my brakes done and they started squeaking shortly after. I brought it to my mechanic and he said the brake opads were cheap and falling apart a few months after getting them replaced at Supreme,. They ran my debt card 4 times for an oil change then gave me an attitude because I was ticked off about them running my card 4 times with them showing no concern at all. read more
