This is my first experience with Mike's. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with Adam who was knowledgeable and upfront about everything. I needed some repair with my back bumper and Adam took pictures of my car, ordered the parts right away, and did a seamless repair in 3 days. He even called me the second morning and kept me updated regarding the process of the repair. This place is a scam. I won't go full into details but they kept delaying my car for weeks saying it needed more time to fix and how the insurance claim didn't give them enough to fix the damages. It took them about two months to finally fix the front bumper. I will never bring a car here even if my car broke down right in front of the shop, and I suggest you don't either. Future customer beware of how long it will actually take for them to fix your car as they will say it two weeks and the front desk people doesn't have a clue to answer a simple question. Not sure how they are even in business up until now. I actually wrote a review years ago and now it's only conveniently gone. I dreaded dealing with being rear ended but the guys at Mike's made it as easy as possible. Finn pre-ordered the parts needed so my time without a car would be minimal. He gave a best and worst case scenario-needing additional repairs once the bumper was removed. He was ahead of the process in communication to me and with my insurance company. Car was repaired as promised, which is what I'd expect. What I didn't expect was a ride to the train by a nice clean technician, having my car practically detailed inside and out. Another nice benefit was that Finn handled everything with the insurance company, saving me long hold times. My insurance adjuster was pleased that I had selected Mike's and I understand why. I was involved in a car accident the week before Thanksgiving, and my Liberty Mutual insurance agent recommended Mike's Auto Body to do the repairs on my car... I'm very glad I took their advice! The staff was so helpful and polite, and really explained everything to me in a way I could understand (very very Layman's terms we're talking here as I'm 21 year old girl!) They had my car ready in a reasonable time, especially considering it was right around the holidays! My car looked as good as new and nice and clean when I picked it up, and they were so accommodating to my weird hours as to when I could pick the car up! I had someone smash into my car in the middle of the night and knock the whole trunk of my civic coupe into itself. Mike's was recommended by my insurance company and they were close by so I chose them, and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional and also help re-connect my front bumper (my dealership used non-honda issued clips so neither my front nor rear bumper stayed connected properly.) My car came out looking better than it did even before my accident, and my insurance and Mike's took care of it so I wasn't stressed out at all. I can't say enough good things about Mike's! I've delt with a few autobodys in my day and not one had matched Mike's in quality of worksmanship or customer service! They always call you by your first name, so you feel welcome. They worked with my insurance to get only the best quality parts for my car (not accepting after market parts), and they even went beyond the accident damage and fixed other imperfections on the car. Paint matched perfect, and it looked better than when i bought it new. Highly recommend these guys! worst place i have ever gone too. could not of asked for worse service then i have already received. i feel so chipped and unhappy about my car that i feel i have to vent out all this frustration that i have from this horrible place of a car repair place i just recently got into a car accident and needed to get my suv back door fixed. they sounded good, when i first got there. ensuring me that everything will be taken care off and how they will also fix two dents that i have in the front with no charge. the car would be fixed within 2 weeks for the longest. little did i know it took them over a month. that is just ridiculous. and every time i called them they would have some lame excuse saying that it was due to the storm that they had, so it took a little longer. they never call me back like they keep saying they would. PLEASE ANYONE WITH A WRECK CAR NEVER COME HERE. please i say anyone with a car please stay clear from this place. i have to call them so often chasing them around asking them whats happening with my car. the front desk has the worse customer service, they do not answer questions and the guy hardly knows anything hes saying. his name is fran or fan along with another gentlemen leonardo who usually answers the phone. i assure you anyone who brings your car in for service is gonna come out with a butch up job and end up unhappy with there car. as if having to deal with insurance wasn't already hell of a problem but to have to deal with guys who only want money from the insurance company i doubt that they even called in for a new part for the back door, and just ended up knocking the dent back in. in no way is this place professional at all, there was some indian guy who sat at the counter, and was rude to us when we first entered the store to finally get out car back. i should have stayed cleared from this place once i knew you had to walk down to their office. i can almost guarantee that they took the whole $4000 from insurance and just kept the whole money for their own personal paycheck. for sure they will never see me ever again or have anyone i know be referred to their place. read more

they destroyed my brand new SUBARU Impreza with a terrible paint job. I had the whole job done over after much yeeling with them and AMICA. BOCH Collision said they put the quarter panel in odd postition. THEY ARE TOTAL IDIOTS. NEVE RETURN ANY PHONE CALLS. The really bizarre part is that they refused to pay back Amica. All the good reviews are from insiders paid to say good stuff. They took $5500 and refused to refund Amica. Amica has 100s of photos documenting their horrible work. This is first review I ever wrote. This place is horrible so regretted to bring my car there and not listening to other people's review. My car had a minor accident toward the front bumper. So they had to change the whole bumper n a headlight which cost around 3 k which I m ok with it because insurance is covered. I dropped off my car for like 12 days and finally i picked up my car before thanksgiving. During the time I never get a call from the shop to give me update. So I had to call them to get status as they said it will take another two days because your car is difficult to paint and take like 4 hour to dry blah, blah. the guy on the phone give a lot of excuse as why the car is not done and they promise they will call on a day after for my status. So next day I never get a call n I end up to get status. Finally I m able to get my car. I made my deductible. The guy from front desk guy said oh okay let me know if you have any question n bring it back if the is a problem. So, I though they suppose to walk me through the car n see if there are problems. So I went out n my husband notice the car bumper color from my original color do not match n I asked that guy name Phil from front desk n we argued for a while under the rain. N finally he was like bring the car back next week and see what the insurance appraiser (liberty mutual) had to say. So I took my car home n notice my right headlight went off. N I have to call again on Monday to discuss the issue n my car still smell painting . So much hassle to use this shop. Be smart next time n learn my lesson to choose a better shop if I have ever need to get my car fix again. read more

I had a mirror put on today. First a week ago as the details were being banged out with the insurance company, the man who i assume manages the place, was extremely friendly and accomodating. He wanted to make sure i got the mirror on quickly and better yet wanted me to save as much money as possible. 100 bucks in my pocket. When i had it put on, another man told me it would take 15 mins....it took 5...This place i highly recommend.
