This is when I discovered that I had a flat tire on my car, with no time to take the wheel off and put the spare tire on. He told me on the phone that he will be at my home in 45 mins. Sure enough, he arrived on time. 30 mins later, the tire was fixed, nail removed and car was ready to be driven. With a mini van fully stocked with parts and equipment, Christian removed the tire on a slanted drive way, expertly removed the nail, patched and quickly inflated the tire. I ended up waiting over starting about 10:30pm for them to tell me they could offer a different driver with an extra wait time of another 60-90 minutes. At this point I requested a refund in which they tried to argue with me about it. I did eventually have a refund processed and I am now waiting for that to go back to my account. I would rather put my car in neutral and push it the 15 miles than deal with this company again.
