I came back, and Tommy fixed them without any hesitation or questions asked. He was very accommodating and made sure I was happy with the final result. Jenny is usually my go to. While this particular set wasn't exactly what I had envisioned, she has always done a great job for me in the past and is very detail-oriented. She takes her time and genuinely cares about her work. I will continue getting my nails done with her because I always enjoy her work. I also got a pedicure from another technician, and it turned out great. Overall, I really appreciated how the salon handled my concerns. Their willingness to make things right speaks volumes about their customer service, and I left very satisfied. My nails came out absolutely perfect! The manicure was fast, but accurate and the devil was truly in the details! The pedicure with my partner (male) was incredible! We really needed those and I'm glad he can accompany me since we both needed a rest day and to keep up with our feet hygiene hehehe! The first nail technician (male) was a true sweetheart! I understood him fine and he wasn't softspoken. Just the right tone and body language of someone who wants you to have a nice time in their nail salon. He was so helpful in giving me options as to what nail color, what kind of nail style, and if here was anything else I needed while my nails were being worked on. Oh, the vibe was perfect! I enjoyed their simple but adorable decor! I came here about a month ago for a full-set of acrylic nails. It was my first time EVER doing acrylics so I was a bit nervous on how it would turn out. The skin around my arm is EXTREMELY sensitive. I'm sure you know that you have to drill down the sides of your nail and your cuticle for gel / acrylic nails. That part hurts me super bad and same with when they file down my nails when the file touches my skin. I usually get the pain 1-2 hours after I get my nails done.. and it STINGS for a week. I let m tech Kyle know because it can tend to be a big hassle. Not only was he understanding, but he was extremely gentle and cautious. He kept reminding me to let him know if I felt any type of pain. He was slow and especially careful not to catch my skin when he was working with my nails. I've never been so in love with my nails before! They look great and didn't snag hair for over a month. Their service is great- I kept asking for my nails to be shorter for a coffin-shape AFTER he finished filing the shape (which I felt was inconveniencing him) but Kyle paid a lot of attention to my pain and was friendly when I asked him to change the shape to a shorter length twice. He didn't mind at all and was really nice about it). I loved how they turned out. I got them filled again today and they look just as amazing as the first time. The photos don't do justice, and I can't post a video, but one of the pictures I attached is what it looks like when the light hits the sparkles in the polish! I got #247 if you wanted the same look. Ivy and Mina did wonderful work taking care of my manicure and pedicure needs. Ivy was diligent when I wanted gel nails and made sure all my cuticles were perfect and clean. Mina did my pedicure, although I picked the basic pedicure she made me feel as if I picked the most expensive pedicure with the length she took to make sure my experience was worthwhile. They care more about how many clients they take in rather than making sure acrylic is placed properly and shape is to customers liking . I walked out looking like I already needed a fill while on other nails I had acrylic on my skin and not to mention the gel placement was horrible , it had bubbles due to improper drying . Spent $100 for nothing and instead of them fixing it while I was there , they said to go back the following day . IF YOUR NAILS LOOK HORRIBLE I RECOMMEND ONLY PAYING HALF . I had an appointment with a specific person. When I got there the girl that was there. It was not explained to me that she was not feeling well. I finally asked, where was she? It was only then that I was told that she was not feeling well. When the girl finally came in, she never spoke. Very rude I thought. The guy who works there took care of my SNS nails. He did a terrible job!!!. He burned me twice with the nail instrument. My nails went from squoval shape to all different shapes. Some of them are rounded, two are squoval , some look like gumby (short on one side then longer on the other side). That is the last $40 bucks they will get from me. I did not catch the nail techs name who did my nails but he did a fantastic job, most of the time when I get fills they don't re do the shape so it ends up looking straight and just basic but I asked him if he can re shape them into a coffin style and he took his time and did great. I had a pedicure and asked the nail tech to cut my nails shorter and she cut into the corners of the nail. She apparently did not know what shorter meant. And the nail on the right big toe was cut very unevenly. I would not recommend them to anyone. She did a very poor job and I walked out very unhappy. It can cause me to have ingrown toenails! My friend did not have a good experience. The nail tech (male) acted like he did not even want to be there. Not worth the money. read more

My daughter loves getting her nails done here, but I will not be getting a pedicure from here again! I was handed a pricing chart for pedicures I chose the paraffin wax one. Ivy did my lashes. She was quick and efficient. Did not miss one! I was in and out in less then an hour. I am writing this review 2 weeks later, so I can say with honesty that my lashes are still holding strong and I only know of one lash that has fallen. Ivy also asked me about the other services that I normally get from other salons. She reviewed her prices for the same services, gave me a card and asked me to come back. If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. I went in for a pedicure and an acrylic fill for my good friends wedding. Both services took 4 hours and looked absolutely horrible. For the acrylic fill - I was passed around to multiple artists, the nails shape was terrible, they were uneven and bumpy, all different lengths. I asked for a French design at the beginning to confirm they could do it, they assured me they could (even showed them a picture) when they started painting the white of the French, every nail looked different, one of them even was just a straight white line.. the owner jumped in to fix what the original artist did and unfortunately did a bad job as well. The get was bumpy and one hand was completely different than the other. Because I was in a time crunch I eventually just asked for them to do a solid color. The owner said I could come back to get them fixed but I unfortunately couldn't because my friend was getting married the next day. My nails looked awful for her rehearsal dinner that night (that I was late too because they took 4 hours) and wedding. For the pedicure - it seemed like the artist was using dirty tools and I again was passed around with multiple artists. Barely did a minute of massaging, and hurt my toes multiple times. After all that I still had to pay $80.. For these reasons, I'll never come back to this establishment and if you're reading this you should consider a different place. read more

This place is really nice. It's under new management now. Although the old management was good too. They took time with our nails and got us in right away. Me and my friend got Gel manicures $25. I drove by Higley Nail Salon today and saw a sign offering a free manicure with a pedicure purchase. I figured it was worth a try. I met the new owner who has been the manager for the past three months. He was very nice and attentive. You can tell he cares about the service you receive and he was working hard making the salon look nice while I was there. My nail tech was Tommy and he gave an amazing massage!! I got the deluxe pedicure with french gel and then a basic free manicure. The pedicure was AMAZING. They also had a promotion where they gave out a little bottle of cuticle oil. It was a very nice touch! I will be coming back! The location is next to sprouts and a Chinese restaurant, behind the fast food wienerschnitzel. Parking was easy, lots of flashing signs out front showing what they have to offer. I enjoyed my experience here and will be back. read more
