The space was just remodeled & is nice & soothing. I got the Essential Comfort Pedi. I don't know the name of the lady who did my pedi, but she did an excellent job. My feet were awful & I have horrible calluses. They have added callus removal to the Essential Comfort Pedi all for $45. A great value in my opinion. When to get my nails done they told me to wait I waited 30 minutes then I got to seat and they informed me that they can only do either my toes or manicure so I said no I wanted both done, when ahead and made an appointment for the next day came to the appointment and out of nowhere there to busy and book the whole day. Very cute quiet place. We were walk ins but they easily accommodated us for two pedicures. Great hot stone massage and they really took the time to get the nail perfect. After the pedicure they let us know there was no rush to leave and we could sit a moment to let our nails completely dry. Clean quiet and affordable. At first the girl seemed to work super fast and I was concerned. She was busy helping me and someone else at the same time. I was surprised to see it was a full house so early (10:30) on a Friday. But the made it work. Another guy had to step in to finish my nails so they aren't all the same rounded shape I wanted. Sadly have to give this a 1 star. I called to schedule an appointment they told me I can't go in after 5 because they are going to be busy but had an available appointment at 3:30. I drive all the way there for them to tell me they don't take the calls the owner does and they can't see me till 430. ONE terrible communication and TWO wasted time and gas driving there for no reason. (Because they said they don't take the calls the owner does) I decided to call the number back and verified it was the owner and explained it to her. She said she let them know I was coming (they told me they didn't know) and that she will make it right and call me back to see if I can go around 5. First time going here and second time ever getting a pedicure. I did not have an appointment but they saw me quickly anyhow. An older man did my pedicure, I found him to be too aggressive to the point where it really wasn't enjoyable. He was rough when massaging my legs and rough when using the pumice stone. I have never had a gel nail polish last less than two weeks. I got this done less than a week ago and it's all chipped up! I went here a while ago and had a good experience but this last visit on Saturday for a pedicure was the last time I'll be coming here. I came in at 1:00pm on Saturday as a walk-in. After coming home and I really had the chance to look at my toes the paint job is horrible. The polish is discolored and doesn't touch the side of my toes and looks grown out for a new pedicure I just had done on Saturday. I was disgusted by the nail technician putting the bottles of oil and lotion into my bath water after my feet had been in it for a pedicure. That is against state board standards and can cause the spread of bacteria. I'm a clean person but still to put the oil and massage cream bottles into the water my feet were in is absolutely disgusting to know for the next person they work on and let alone think they did this with another persons water and used the bottles on me. This is not the right way to disinfect. Another complaint is I tried to call them and speak to a manager about my experience. They had answered the phone and told me to hold I heard them talking and speaking to others they had me on hold for 8 minutes. First time here and had a deluxe gel manicure. I have been looking for a place with an upgraded gel manicure besides an upgraded regular manicure plus an extra $20 for gel. Price was very reasonable and service was excellent. Joe did my manicure and I would highly recommend him. This place has tons of gel colors, more than I have seen anyplace else. I may not get the deluxe gel manicure all the time, except if my hands need a little tlc, but definitely will be back for a regular gel manicure. read more
