The pork had been allowed to dry out, but the noodles were good and the broth had just enough heat to make it interesting. Was it Tonkotsu ramen from Hakata Ippudo...no. Was it completely worth the trip into 'downtown' Surfers Paradise to satisfy a ramen craving...yes. It's a pay at the counter and take a number card kind of place so no service to speak of.
