After reading all the feedback on yelp I went with Hilbrands. I'm glad I did. The carpets in the home we just bought were abused with kids, multiple dogs, and a couple cats. I figured I would have to replace the carpet right away for my sons allergies but after they were finished I no longer think so. Some of the floors even looked new and it smells great. My carpets look back to the original color and they look very clean and fresh. John came out today to re stretch the carpet in my living room and tack a threshold in my master - he quoted me $150 over the phone - when he arrived he realized it was more work then he anticipated- but instead of charging me more he said he would keep it the same - very awesome !! I had John clean my carpet that had pet urine stains that previous cleanings did not take out. He explained what he would do and I was and am amazed at the beautiful job he did. I have had this company out twice now. Each time he has been on time, professional and did a great job. Yesterday we had him stretch a badly wrinkled carpet upstairs and clean 3 bedrooms and a hallway. Since we had a sick kitty in one room he used extra spot cleaners to take care of any stains.
