Wow, just had my carpets cleaned and they look brand new! I had them done about 8 months ago by a different highly rated company here on yelp that doesn't use the extraction method...they didn't get all of the stains out and the carpet just didn't feel as clean. Plus, you have to vacuum once your carpets dry so the whole process seems to take more time and effort. Hilbrands got ALL of the stains out, even stains that were previously treated and not removed by other carpet cleaning methods. I will definitely be using Hilbrands again. I called to ask about my dog's stains on a very special rug. John was so honest. He pretty much told me that if the method I already tried, using vinegar and baking soda didn't work, that having it cleaned professionally might not help that much. John and his helper are all business and totally professional. We had 3 rooms and stairs that needed to be cleaned. Our carpet is 10 years old and hadn't been cleaned for 2 years. John and his coworker showed up on time, introduced themselves and explained what areas needed extra attention and what they were going to do. They worked continuously for 1 1/2 hours and the results were WAY better than expected, especially the stairs which came out like new. Good experience! He was professional on the phone, called me well in advance to let me know he would be running late with another client. When I initially called him I was very concerned about my pet stain issue since im having a baby particularly.The last carpet cleaner destroyed my carpet in 3 rooms, but with John, I felt comfortable that he understood the situation having been servicing the area so many years and due to his professionalism. He also came down on his quote having seen it in person which was a nice surprise. He left and I was very happy with the end result. Outstanding company and quality service. I first used John at a property in Corona. He made the carpet look new and did a great patch job on an area where the tenant caused damage. Hilbrands was so good that I have used him at my home in Yorba Linda several times over the years. Absolutely wonderful work and great service. I recently used Hilbrands carpet care and was really impressed. They did an AWESOME job on my tile and grout, I couldn't be happier! he did all he could to seal my grout and make sure I didn't have any problems keeping it clean as I had in the past.
