Started by Paul Higgs as Higgs Bail Bonds. Maggie Gallott worked for Paul Higgs until his death. She took over the business as Gallott Bail Bonds. Mitch Hilburn worked for Maggie beginning in 1992. Upon her death in April of 2004, he took over as Gallott-Hilburn Bail Bonds. Changed to Hilburn Bail Bonds in 2006 and is currently run by Mitchell Hilburn and his son Patrick Hilburn.

Established in 1959.

Started by Paul Higgs as Higgs Bail Bonds. Maggie Gallott worked for Paul Higgs until his death. She took over the business as Gallott Bail Bonds. Mitch Hilburn worked for Maggie beginning in 1992. Upon her death in April of 2004, he took over as Gallott-Hilburn Bail Bonds. Changed to Hilburn Bail Bonds in 2006 and is currently run by Mitchell Hilburn and his son Patrick Hilburn.

Then Rooter gave me a discount for 2000, But you gave me a discount of 2k cause you over charged me 2k. I spent 10k and still have the same problem I had when I started, and you're charging me higher than everyone else and I spent 0 with them and 10k with you and the job is still incomplete. They put credit on quote to make it seem like it's a deal but they overcharging you and taking it off with credit
