My wife drank a cab sav ($8.50) that was good. Props for having Stone IPA green label on tap ($7). food: On Charles' recommendation, we went with the T-Rex pizza ($19). My son said the food was ok, but others in my family thought it was great. My other son said the calzone was possibly the best he ever had and the wings were definitely some of the best. The service was great and the ambiance was nice. It was a great day to have the windows open to feel the spring air. The bathroom had a barrel sink, it was cool. My fiancé and I came to Hill & Holler last night after a long road trip. We were immediately seated and it was nice finally relax! We started off with the Caesar salad which wasn't my favorite, the dressing was missing that rich, umami flavor to it. However, the meatball appetizer definitely made up for it. They were served in a dish over marinara sauce with melted cheese on top that had the amazing cheese pull to it! Finally we finished the night with the forager pizza and I would definitely recommend! Even my fiancé that isn't a huge fan of mushrooms liked it! It was thin crust with a garlic base and we devoured it! So nice to see such a cute pizza place in Lewisburg that is also delicious. Came here after the Chocolate Festival, so understandably it was packed. We sat at the bar in the interest of time. The bartender was super apologetic about the wait, which I really didn't mind. We ordered a meatball appetizer and Margherita pizza - a perfect complement to all the sugar we had been eating. The bartender even gave me a tasting of their white chocolate raspberry cocktail- so good. Meatballs were massive and had good flavor, but a little lukewarm when being served to us, this is the only reason I took off a star. It wasn't worth sending back because it was so busy. Service was a bit slow when we first arrived but it seemed that they had had a lot of parties and were trying to get them their bills and out of there. A very interesting venue based on the design of the building and its history. Nice wood structure and open area with lots of tables. Also a lot of different craft beers on draft. I was more surprised how they were able to get the orders out so fast. With all the people coming at once, I thought we'd need to wait at least 30 minutes for our food to come out. I love all the older store fronts being used for current businesses We decided to eat at Hill and Holler. We found them and parked. It is a shared parking lot and it was difficult to determine which was the correct restaurant. But the parking is free, tight but free. Inside Large, Airy and modern. Love the fireplace in the back. We chose 1/2 dozen Smoked Buffalo Wings with Ranch and the Meatballs with 4 Blended Melted Cheese w Marinara topped with fresh Basil and garlic toast...But superb The service was nice.
