This particular visit, I needed some gowns cleaned for a summer program where I serve as co-founder. To put it simply, I was in distress! :-). It was a hot day, and I needed the gowns cleaned and steamed. Thank you for helping to make our participants' day special and for your compassion and generosity! When I asked about it, I was told "its mode expensive when you rush it." Yeah. I understand that, but I let you keep it longer!!! And the guy who checked me in, changed the price on the ticket by hand. The press job on my shirts were terrible. I asked for medium starch, there was none. My pleated pants for my suit looked just horrible. The pleats were pressed and folded in the wrong way. The cuffs weren't done right either. I asked for a manager, and the girl working the counter told me "the woman" that you need to talk to isn't here. I asked for her name, and she said she isn't here. I guess her name is "she isn't here". Odd name. I asked for her to call me. I tried them out because they're on my way to work, but I won't be back.

The old school interaction of being able to go in, talk about your garments, hand them off is no more. The small business mom and pop feel has been stripped completely now with the Columbus Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services franchise updating to no contact and current tech. Drop off experience went ok after I figured it out. When I returned the return kiosk froze and I had to get someone in the back to help and manually process the payment. Then go back and wait for the automatic vending of my clothes. Just not a fan but better than not having a dry cleaning option. Pricing was $42.59 after tax for a Jacket and a Suit Jacket. Hoping future experiences will be more seamless and I am sure I'll adjust to change but will miss the personal Ross Cleaners feel.

My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.
