"We arrived and informed you there would be a possibility of damages due to the conventional tow hook spots being inaccessible." Apparently, your tow driver does not and did not know where the tow hook on the rear bumper is on this car - the tow hook on the car is on the rear bumper which was easily accessible. This is obvious in the first photo. These photos are also before the pull, they are photos of when it was stuck. Also, the original damage caused to the car was in the front end - not the rear - which is also obvious in in the first and last photo. "I spoke with your collision center as well and sent them the hold harmless form you signed. We agree, this could have been avoided if you hadn't driven off of your paved driveway onto a boulder. " The front-end damage could have been avoided - but your driver caused the damage to the rear axle assembly WHICH NEVER TOUCHED THE BOULDER !!! Also, I too talked to collision center, and they pointed out that although the front was damage by the boulder, your tow driver caused the damage to the rear axle assembly, and that he should have definitely known about the tow hook on the rear bumper and have pulled the car off the boulder from that point - not from the rear axle assembly! read more

Staff is polite and courteous. The value is comparable to other shops I got estimates from and they are local. Now the not so great...it took them five weeks to paint the roof of my truck. That is after I waited a month and half for an appointment date. The workmanship is ok..,there was a run that is hard to see because it is on the roof, and when they put the windshield back in they have paint dust trapped between the window and the adhesive that shows through...I would take it back but I can't wait for them to correct anything read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I cannot stress enough how terrible of a job they did. They did $18,000 worth of work on my car and I never had an issue before any of the work was done and now I have issues constantly and it's never in the scope of what they did originally. They always want to charge me and claim it's a defect of my car. But when I take it to the REAL dealer it's never something they've heard of. I had to spend over 1,000 after their work was done to correct things they claimed they didn't touch. Save yourself the time and headache and avoid them at all costs. Maybe they know how to fix a lightbulb or a flat tire but do not trust them with any mechanical aspects of your car. Or if you do be willing to deal with their "warranty" of nothing, lifetime warranty is something they use to sell you but when it comes to it, they won't do squat. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. There are so many other credible places to go, they are not worth any money they might save you. read more

Shoddy workmanship mainly. It was a horribly bright day when I picked it up and doing an inspection was impossible, but once I did, several discrepancies were found, many inclusions in the paint, bowed bumper, and excessive gap between hood and fender. Returned it for these plus previously unnoticed damage. The added damage was repaired, but they didn't even attempt to fix the workmanship issues, looks exactly the same. Told owner about it, he said bring it back again. Yeah, been there, did that. It's their turn to step up. read more

Today's date: January 29. Date dropped off car: January 12. Called today and date expected to be complete (but won't give assurance): February 11. One month to replace a section of quarter panel on a Hyundai Accent (daughter was tapped in rear section of quarter panel by a pickup). Called today and spoke with Brian with ensuing excuses: 1) Covid and quarter panel availability; me - went online and found part readily available through numerous sources, 2) complexity of repair, numerous spot welds, will have to resubmit estimate to insurance; me -a) I'm sorry but shouldn't you have known what it would take to repair when you provided the estimate and b) don't you and the insurance company use a flat rate manual for these estimates? I should have checked Yelp prior to allowing my daughter to take the car in (I am laid up in cast due to motorcycle wreck and unable to be there when she took in) because now I am not only concerned that it won't be finished by February 11 but I am worried, based upon these reviews, the quality of the work will suck. We took our car there because our insurance company, USAA, referred them and we've always had good luck with USAA. I am calling USAA today to let them know this vendor should NOT be among their referrals! Great experience from initial phone call to delivery of vehicle. Very competitive pricing and excellent workmanship. Our 2012 Toyota Sienna needed the lower front ferring (the lower portion of the entire front end) replaced. A competitor wanted to also change out the left and right fenders along with the ferring. Luckily, we found Hill Country and they did only what was needed. I paid out of pocket because the deductible was more than they charged. This is my wife's daily driver so they were nice enough to order the part and let us keep the vehicle until it came in, rather than have it sit at the shop for 5 days. Then, it took less than a day to change out the parts AND they washed the outside after the job was completed. The people at this company are awesome. I recommend them without reservation. My husband had the misfortune to hit 2 deer on the way to work early one morning resulting in extensive damage to the left front fender and bumper of his Ford F150 truck. Our insurance is with Germania and they recommended Hill Country Customs for the repair. HCC had the truck for 4 weeks to do the repairs. The repair was delayed because a part they ordered did not come with all the necessary pieces and they did not realize it until they went to install. They had to reorder. It sounded like they knew this was a common occurrence. Paint was delayed due to weather. All that would have been acceptable, but when we got the truck back, the music was turned up loud. After driving it home, my husband realized it was making a horrible noise from the area repaired. Was this why the music had been turned up, to cover the noise? We didn't know if it was safe to drive. After some investigation, my husband took pictures of a loose hose he thought was making the noise and he texted it to HCC. We were told that they noted this loose vacuum hose when they got the truck but they never said a word to us about it. They said it was pre-existing. I would think they'd have said something to cover their bases. After asking about it, we were told that we'd need to take it to a mechanic. HCC only does collision damage and paint. All we know is, the truck didn't make this noise prior to the accident. If they'd been upfront and honest with us from the beginning, we wouldn't be writing this bad report. I would not trust them with any future repairs. read more
