I went to a local Walmart and they refused to touch my vehicle based on where the nail was. Frustrated I searched for a mom and pop shop and came across Emilios. The gentleman Juan inspected my tire and said that he should be able to repair it with no problem. In less than 20 minutes I'm back on the road. He was quick, the repair was solid and it was right at $20 for a flex patch. I made it to my destination safely. Emilios was a hero that day and I am grateful I came across this shop.

This is the slowest tire shop I've ever seen. They ordered…read moremy tires and they arrived ok. I got here at 11:15 a.m. and was told they were getting ready to close for lunch (12-1) and I'd have to come back at 1:00. I got back at 12:45 and was the first person in line when they reopened. Now it is 3:00 and I'm still sitting here. I can't imagine I'll try them again. This is my first tire purchase away from a certain national chain since 1977. They really let me down last time so I decided I should move on. Sigh, lol. I finally got out at 3:35! I will add they seemed to be really short handed so I'm going to give them a pass this time. They are very nice people and I might try them again. If you're still reading, I'm raising my rating to 4 stars - they should let their customer know they're going to be there a long while - I would've given them a 5 had the wait fallen inside a normal time frame. And we have a 21 year old Jeep, so repairs are frequent. When something didn't NEED to be fixed, they said so. When a different mechanic put a belt on wrong that was making a funny noise, they fixed it in 5 minutes for free. When we had a gas leak that I was prepared to pay hundreds of dollars to fix, they fixed it in an hour or so for $40. The bottom line is after two years of honest service, I trust the guys here to be straight with me and to never jack up a price or tell me a problem is worse than it is. Plus they're nice, so that's always good too.

We have a 2007 Diesel Pusher RV on a Freightliner Chassis, and when I called Premier Freightliner to inquire about get some chassis related work done, but they said that will not even look at a RV if it's over 10 years old - even though they are a Freightliner shop. I called Diamond Diesel and spoke with Daniel. He was so nice and accommodating. They were able to get our coach in quickly.
