I noticed the man cleaned my windshield as the other man finished with the vehicle in front of mine. That was nice as there have been a lot of bug splatters on the highway. When you check in you receive a text informing you , and a link to where you can monitor the progress. The waiting room is no frills, but comfortable. Unfortunately he attempted to charge again to do the actual diagnosis when he could have did it when he was there the first time. We knew the battery on our car was dead but he said he was gonna show up the next day but when he changed it and said he was showing up in 25 minutes we were unable to change the battery out and when we offered when he was there he declined and told us the problem with the car was the battery which we knew it wasn't because it wasn't starting when we set it up before the battery went dead. Con out of $60 n his defense was he usually charged $125 an hour and he had to drive to me.

I have a code reader so I was able to tell Jesse the problem. He gave me directions to the shop and assured me he could help. He was able to take care of the problem right away. (He also fixed two loose hubcaps while I was there!) Ten miles down the road, the problem returned. I called Jesse. He told me to stay put and he came to me on the side of the highway. There were no codes this time and no check engine light. We both pulled off the highway to a safer location. Jesse did a test drive along with some research on line and determined that it was a fuel issue this time. I went to the closest gas station to refuel. In my opinion, Jesse "saved the day"; he was kind and professional. His fee was very reasonable and he was determined to help me get back on the road.

I've been hitting Valvoline oil spots since we bought the new SUV that "requires" synthetic oil…read more I'm usually a guy that changes my own, but doing the math it's not really much cheaper to do it myself and deal with finding a place to take the old oil. Oil has gotten so expensive, even with falling oil prices, the bottles oil sadly doesn't change like fuel prices. Be nice if it did, because then it wouldn't cost me $80+ to change the oil in my SUV. That being said, the folks at Valvoline are almost always nice and helpful. My previous location gave me a fairly good deal being military and frequent customer with them. I drive a lot. Moving here however, they don't know me, so full price it is. I saw this location had some low reviews. Not sure why. The staff when I went was fine. They had everything I needed, I was in and out pretty quick. Only source of complaint, when they opened the door to scan the bar code for the VIN number, they did it with oily hands. Oil on my chrome door handles and all over my pearl white paint. I was quick to get it washed off, I'm a bit weird maybe about thinking that will eventually stain or cause ashes with my paint later.

Recently I dropped by to have my existing and new truck serviced for oil changes. Had an issue when bringing the new truck in for its first oil change. They hadn't had my truck pulled in for 5 min or the hood open before trying to upsell a filter and new wiper blades. I mentioned it was a brand new truck with 4k miles and then the attitude changed. Shortly after I could feel severe jerking from underneath like someone was yanking the oil filter. Guess who had oil leaks in their driveway?Then shortly after a very large gentleman 300+ lbs with his belly hanging out, shirt untucked and oil stained shirt climbed* on the front of my brand new ceramic coated truck for no reason dropping the front almost 2+ feet and sending my truck bouncing like a basketball. Then they proceeded to tell me their oil dispenser was broken and they needed to manually fill and measure oil in dirty spiderweb covered gas can off to the side. UNPROFESSIONAL location overall. They disrespected my new truck and I will never visit this location again.
