We were facing another 3 weeks without water. Huge plumber bills ($500+per hour) and contractor bills. We were also facing a $1400.00 deductible on our homeowners insurance. I found GGG only by God's direction. They came out last Saturday after the call on Friday. It's Monday and they're finishing up the job. They fixed the pipe and all the ice and water damage. Price? $450.00. I can't praise these guys enough. They were right on time, got right to work, were very courteous, very knowledgeable and nice. Must of all, they were genuinely concerned about our well being. My wife and I were so impressed, we're giving them an even $500. Concern is something very hard to find anywhere these days and I have no problem paying for that. USE THESE GUYS!!!

We waited about a week just to receive a rough estimate, which came in around $10,000 ( not a small job). Given the size of the project and the fact that we are working with a mortgage company on a rehab loan, we requested a detailed written bid outlining the scope of work and costs. Initially, we were told this would be provided within a few days. However, we were later informed that we would need to pay an additional $500 just for them to return to the property and prepare a detailed estimate. This would bring our total to over $1,000 without any actual repair work being completed. When we questioned this and asked if they were interested in taking on the job, we did not receive a clear answer. For a project of this size, transparency and communication are critical. Charging such a high additional fee simply to provide a detailed bid--especially after already paying for an inspection--feels unreasonable and discouraging. Unfortunately, this experience has led us to look elsewhere for a company that is more straightforward.
