It'll turn you into a cheese connoisseur if you're not already one. I fell in love with Gouda cheese as soon as I took a bite. We tried a classic cheese flight board and red wine only flight to pair with the different types of cheese. They made it into a gluten free spread so we had four types of cheese in lieu of the seasoned dried meat and gluten free crackers. The place is inviting, has nice decorations, great for going on a date or a casual catch up with your bestie. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Date of visit: March 28, 2026 This was our second stop on a birthday date night and was a lovely little find! While the menu is limited and not cheap, staff were very friendly and walked us through everything before we selected a couple of things to try. Pretty much all of the cheeses and accoutrements were fantastic! One of the cheese on our plate was the espresso version of Bellavitano, which happens to be one of my favorites, so that was a nice little bonus for me. In addition to the board, we also went with the ricotta bites, which featured one sweet and one savory option, both of which we also really liked. The shop is cozy and if this was somewhere that I lived walking distance from, I could totally see myself coming here fairly regularly and having a little cheese and ambiance. During our time there we saw both couples on dates and old friends gathering for a drink and a nosh, all of which I found just wonderful. Really the only thing keeping this from a five star review was that the side items, such as the crackers were not plentiful enough for the cheese. Very friendly staff! I came in knowing nothing about cheese and the staff helped me pick the best board. I tried black pepper cheddar, ancho chile & coffee alpine, and 7 year aged cheddar. This is a great spot with a nice atmosphere and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We went with a group and tried nearly every cocktail on the menu. Each one was absolutely fabulous and so creative. One had a ricotta foam, which was unique and tasted amazing! The cheese pairings were delicious, and the fromage truffles were great for splitting with a couple others. My favorite cheeses were Luna and the butterkasse. The fresh cheese curds were the best I've had, and I'm from Wisconsin. It's a great place for a pre- or post-dinner date night or to get some drinks with friends. We came in on a Thursday afternoon when it first opened and the place was totally empty. Staff was super friendly and gave us recommendations based on our preferences. I ordered the White Wine Cheese Board while my husband got the Hibiscus Margarita with the accompanying cheese. I was surprised to find the Harbanero included with mine wasn't super spicy which I appreciated! I think the wine choices paired very well with each cheese. I wasn't crazy about the Hill Valley Cheese included with the board, as it was a little too strong for my palette. This is the cutest spot! Perfect for a cozy date night or just meeting a friend to catch up! I was intrigued that they served crafted mocktails with NA spirits (love that more places are doing this), and was dying to try it out. The drinks did not disappoint and each is paired with a piece of cheese, which is the most fun idea! We also ordered the smaller cheese plate for a light snack and got to pick 3 cheeses from the case. The owner/cheese maker brought it out to us and was so friendly! (I prefer brandy sweet.) And the rum based Autumnal Beach Vibes. Each with a cheese pairing. The Classic Board was a perfect mix of salty and sweet treats. First time enjoying this local cheesemaker and will be back! At the suggestion of my daughter we visited the "cheese bar" and it was simply amazing! Staff immediately greeted us as we entered - entire team was very friendly and knowledgeable. This made for a wonderful night out with my grown kids. We enjoyed wine flights that included cheese pairings and nibbles. My daughter enjoyed a unique fresh and fruity cocktail with a delicious banana foam. The cheeses and wines were carefully selected and paired. These were great quality and decent pours. The server took time to explain each of the items included on our cheese board and flights - a real expert and we could tell they loved the cheese like we do! This would definitely be a great place to bring visitors to our city. We enjoyed a variety of cheeses and agreed they were all so good! We even got some meats, snacks and salted dark chocolates. The interior was clean and very pretty with comfortable mixed seating- we chose plush lovechair and chair seating. They sell the cheeses they serve - all are local and they make cheese on-site! I never thought to pair chocolate and cheddar but it was so good. Location is a beautiful remodel of former cheese shop with a new cocktail bar vibe. Speaking of drinks, the menu of specialty cocktails, wine and beer was more than I expected at a cheese shop. I'll be back in the evening to try some of these. They offer multiple wine and cheese flights to choose from along with some additional food items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Met the owner/cheesemaker and learned a lot about the business and process of cheese making. There is even a window viewing area to watch them make the cheese. Inside decore was very classy, dark ambiance. Made it feel like a jazz club. Menu was much more than I was expecting with lots of options and variety of pairings to try. Wine came by the glass, bottle, or flight with and without cheese suggestion pairings. I liked that it felt like a good in between from a bar and dinner. Not too much pressure.
