The bike had a lot of accessories on it from the previous owner, I had removed several poorly installed accessories and Jesse found a few more. Luckily, everything was repaired same day and I was surprised how reasonable the price was for all the labor (rethreading a stripped oil pan) among an oil change and a chain tightening. update: you can clearly see that the owner of the company wrote a comment stating that they are…read moredoing everything they can to work with the customer which is me. their original response was deleted and that said we are working to make this right which shows guilt. that was deleted and replaced with what is there currently. in no way shape or form have they tried to work with me at all on any level. april 2026: i filed a case in small claims court mid april for the maximum allowable amount of $5,000. the paperwork was served and also the owner, randy got served with another case a few days apart from mine from the landlord of their previous location located on apache boulevard in tempe. The company is seeking backed rent in the amount of $55,000!!!! Thats right, fifty five thousand dollars in backed rent! Shortly after the company got wind of both of these lawsuits they decided to file for bankruptcy which puts everything on hold or dismisses any court proceedings unless you join the bankruptcy which if timing allows i will do so. but let's not forget the most important thing here. The most important thing to remember is they're working with the customer to resolvele the issue. Resolving it for who? Yeah, them of course! Im still tapping my foot awaiting a relsolution that does not put me in a negative because of their dishonesty, boilerplate excuses, overcharging and threats etc. i knew something was drastically wrong with this company when i witnessed employees (and i have it on video recording as well) lying to the police, and lying to me to prevent me from moving forward with the judicial process. When something like that occurs there's no telling what somebody or a company will do next because they feel they can operate outside of the law, have one sided contracts and and not be held accountable for it; and when somebody tries to hold them accountable they run to avoid it with bankruptcy. if I'm not able to join the bankruptcy due to statute of limitation issues, then watching this business close it's doors is certainly good enough for me **this update covers a timespan from 4/2026 through 7/2026.

I wish I had read the reviews before even trying to deal with this guy, but long story short, I had…read morean appointment with this guy that we made over the phone to come into his shop on Sunday at 10am. He did tell me he had some personal family stuff going on, but said he was coming down to his shop on Sunday and would meet me at that time. I hadn't dealt with this guy before or read the reviews but was happy he worked on quads and Ko Karts so I loaded up my toys on my trailer and got my lady and kiddo up early to make sure we were there on time. We get there early and sit around and Aaron no shows. I called him several times and text'd him and no response, so I figured he might just be running late or whatever and I go to O'rileys Auto parts 3 minutes away to see if they have a motorcycle battery for my quad. I return and its only been a few minutes since I left. We sit around for this guy thinking there is no way he is just going to straight up flake, well that's exactly what he did. We waited close to an hour for this guy and he never showed. He did read my text message as my cell showed as the messages were read, yet he didn't have the professionalism to return my call or text me or anything. This guy is a self centered jerk that has no idea what professionalism is and I am surprised he is even in business still. Although it sucked to have to return home and un trailer everything and I wasted my Kiddo and my Lady's whole first part of our Sunday off waiting on this Clown, at least I dodged a bullet, evident from others reviews on this guy. Stay away from this shop, they are obviously very unprofessional and Aaron is only concerned with Aaron and could care less about others.
