Carpet was nice and plush with a nice comfortable under layer. Lvp was a nice feeling product and looked great. Install was done nice and all looked great. However just about the 1 year point my lvp was buckling at the butt joints and some almost splitting apart. Installer and floor manufacturer rep came out and looked and rep acted like it was normal and they would replace the splitting stuff and if others got worse would come back then. They sent installer out either 1 box of floor for a small area. The owner Nick came out after I called and said that was unacceptable. He called me after coming and looking at it and agreed the whole floor needed replaced. He fought with the manufacturer for a couple weeks to get what he could for them but wasn't enough for all. Nick ended up taking care of me for better flooring and all labor. Hats off to how a business should be ran. Will be back and recommend anyone to give them a shot at your business.

He used a black light to investigate our odor issue and to our horror we found the last owners evidently just let their dog just pee on various walls. We discussed what we could afford within our budget and Kyle went to work pretreating w/spray, brush scrubbing and then hit it with his truck based professional equipment.
