From the moment you arrive, you can tell this is not just a farm stand -- it's a Long Island institution with heart, history, and soul. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, especially compared to the rush of everyday life. Whether you come on a quiet weekday or a busy weekend, there's something comforting about walking through the grounds, seeing families, kids, couples, and longtime locals all enjoying the space. It feels wholesome in the best possible way. The produce and baked goods are where Kerber's truly shines. Everything feels fresh, thoughtfully sourced, and seasonal. Their fruits and vegetables are vibrant and full of flavor, and the baked goods smell incredible the moment you walk inside. The pies are legendary for a reason -- flaky crusts, generous fillings, and that homemade taste that's hard to find these days. Apple pie, crumb pie, pumpkin pie -- you really can't go wrong. Their donuts and breads are also standouts, perfect with a cup of coffee. Speaking of food, the prepared items and snacks are another highlight. Whether it's sandwiches, cider, or small treats, everything feels made with care rather than mass-produced. It's the kind of place where you end up buying more than you planned because everything looks (and tastes) so good. What makes Kerber's Farm especially special is the experience, not just the products. Kids love seeing the animals, parents appreciate the open space, and everyone seems to slow down just a little while they're there. It's a wonderful spot for a family outing, a relaxed afternoon stop, or even just a quick visit that turns into a longer stay because you don't want to leave. The staff has always been friendly and helpful in my experience. Even when it's busy, they remain patient and welcoming, which adds to the overall charm of the place. You can tell people take pride in working there. Kerber's Farm isn't trying to be flashy or overly modern -- and that's exactly why it works. It's authentic, comforting, and deeply rooted in the community. Whether you're coming for fresh produce, famous pies, or just a peaceful break from the day, Kerber's delivers every single time. If you're on Long Island and haven't been yet, this place is absolutely worth the visit. And if you have been before, you already know -- Kerber's Farm is the kind of place you keep coming back to. While I don't always expect an overly cheerful greeting, the service was very plain and lacked a smile. Even when I mentioned it was my first time, the staff seemed indifferent. I ordered an egg and cheddar cheese biscuit and a small coffee with sugar-free French vanilla and almond milk, which came to $15. I also picked up two mini pies for $14. The breakfast sandwich was okay, but for the price, I expected more cheese and a bit more flavor. However, the mini pastries were absolutely delicious! I would 100% come back just for those. The store itself was very clean.

Pricing is reasonable, shop has an upstate or even Vermont feeling. Staff is kind and patient. Polite. Lemme talk about the food for a second. Got the Feeling Tot burrito. Subbed cheddar for smoke Gouda and added bacon. HOLY HELL. This burrito brought up emotions I haven't felt for a breakfast in centuries. Warm and melty, it wasn't like any of these greasy, wet, fat covered offerings from other delis or breakfast shops around the island. Or that I've had in NY in general. They chopped the bacon, which let's be serious here, is the only way to do it. Eggs were fluffy, light. Cheese was nothing short of smoked magnificence. But the pièce de résistance, the glue that brings your taste buds to their knees, the tots. If you don't like tots, you're wrong. And these tots were somehow crispy and soft. No oil, no sog. The chipotle sauce brings it all home and then they grill the whole damn thing and serve it to you on a platter of gold and diamonds. At least that's how it felt. Do I recommend this? Uh duhhhhhh. 5 stars. All day.

Hands down the best breakfast burrito in the area. There's absolutely no comparison. We got the…read moreFeeling Tot and sub the cheddar for Gouda and added bacon. Can't praise enough. This coffee spot has cozy upstate vibes too and the baristas are super chill. Love this place.

Wha a beautiful space with incredible decor. Rebecca, the barista, was so friendly & welcoming. I got a latte with toasted marshmallow that was insanely good and I actually ended up going back the next day for a matcha which was honestly one of the best I've had in a long time. The space is huge - totally unassuming. Bonus? Because it's not technically in the village - you don't have to deal with street parking! There's a lot in the building it's in!

You place your order in the front room, which is stark white with some decorations, and once you receive your order you can step into the back which houses the most 90s goth cozy coffee exterior you can think of. Think: spooky decorations with couches and decorative plates to eat off of. I can only imagine once this place sets root, the insane ambiance that back room would be for poetry readings, live music and other community events! There's a variety of coffee, beans and pastries to choose from. Keep in mind, there's two lattes available on the menu that are actually cold brew based drinks, which was a bit confusing. But I ended up ordering a mocha and a BEC turnover and in about 10 mins, my order was complete! (Keep in mind, this institution is vegan, so oat milk and vegan pastries reign supreme!) My personal preference with a mocha is that it has some bitterness in it, whether it be the espresso or the chocolate. And the mocha I received was very light on that! It was serviceable, but it wasn't amazing. The BEC turnover did have a good amount of filling and the pastry itself was super flaky (and freshly baked). But the interior was a bit salty and the pastry itself left that weird, waxy feel in my mouth. The staff themselves are super nice! A bit bare bones due to the newness of their location, but as kind as can be! Despite my qualms, I will be coming back soon just to try their other offerings and soak up that lovely interior space!
