Had to run an errand in Huntington and passed by Brewology, so I decided to pop in. I don't drink coffee--I already have plenty of energy, and my system just can't handle it! But I'm a big hot chocolate fan, so I ordered a hot cocoa and treated myself to a lemon square. Both were delicious--the lemon square was the perfect balance of sweet and tart. It's such a cute little spot with a warm, cozy vibe. You could easily hang out here for a bit or get some work done on a laptop. The staff was super friendly, too. Brewology Coffee is a bright, clean, minimalist shop with a modern look and an upbeat atmosphere. Seating is somewhat limited, so it seems best suited to a quick coffee stop, although the space is comfortable enough for a short visit. The biggest positive was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions. I ordered a cold brew with nonfat milk but was disappointed to learn that nonfat was not available, so I went with 2% instead. Unfortunately, the coffee was bitter rather than smooth, which is normally one of the qualities I enjoy most about cold brew. I also tried the blueberry scone. It was just OK--perfectly edible, but not particularly memorable. For comparison, the cranberry walnut scone at Gregorys Coffee is considerably better. Brewology offers an extensive selection of creative drinks and attractive pastries, so other customers may have better luck with one of the specialty beverages. Still, the prices felt a bit high for what I received. Between the appealing setting, interesting menu, and exceptionally kind staff, there is potential here, but the coffee and scone did not quite justify the cost for me. I've been meaning to visit this place for a while and finally remembered to check it out. Brewology is right off Jericho Tnpk in a shopping center that is a pain in the butt to get to. No fault to the coffee shop, but make sure you're aware of the parking lot entrance and exits. I did show about 20 minutes of closing and felt bad but was dying to try their coffee. The server didn't seem too thrilled, but she was able to make me a delicious coffee. I ordered a Creme Brulee shaken espresso and a lemon bar, both absolutely delicious. I stopped in here a few weeks back for some pastries. The staff was attentive and friendly. When you order the pastries, they do heat them up! I ordered a variety of things. I ordered the pistachio croissant, which was not my favorite. It was just dry and the pistachio frosting wasn't the greatest. We ordered the s'mores cookie, it was actually really good, not too sweet. The brownie was the best of everything, I was really impressed. I also ordered a muffin and donut as well. I usually stop by to try their seasonal drinks. This time, I went with the "Berry Cupid" which was espresso with white chocolate raspberry, strawberry vanilla cold foam and chocolate sauce. I'm a huge coffee lover so when I saw someone post about this place I had to check it out! I believe the person who helped me was Max or Mat I came in around 2:38 PM yesterday and he was incredibly kind and welcoming.I asked him what the best drinks and pastries were, and he did not disappoint. He took the time to explain the menu and gave some great recommendations. I ended up going with one of his favorites the iced Banana Foster latte with oat milk Not only was the presentation amazing but the drink itself was delicious and a delicious chocolate muffin which he was so kind to warm up for me honestly service was 10,000/10 and the cafe itself is also super cute and has seating so it's a great spot to sit down relax, and enjoy your coffee. Gotta love social media when it's doing good things like helping to promote some newer local spots, like Brewology Coffee. My wife and I only stumbled upon this place earlier this week because of Instagram (plus being nearby) and so we checked it out, with pretty tasty results. Located in Huntington Station, this semi-small coffee storefront goes more for the oomph of Long Island than a laidback coffee nook feel as they have a more contemporary interior with a lot of in-your-face wording about coffee and info on their menu. Throw in some pop music and it's a vibe that might work for some and might not for others. It was fine for my wife and I as we sat and enjoyed a couple of baked goods from their selection before we departed for the day. That's where we'll head next as Brewology does have a nice glass case of morning/sweet items (and a few savory). We split a lemon bar and a raspberry tart which were both semi-sweet (the lemon bar a little more powerful in the sweetness) but yummy nonetheless. Though what we were really there for was the coffee and boy does Brewology try to concoct some interesting coffee...concoctions. Case in point would be what my wife ordered which was the "Cookie Monster": cookie butter cold brew, blueberry cold foam, and mocha drizzle. Mine was also a little out there as I got a summer special drink, the Banana Foster Latte. This had espresso white chocolate with a banana cold foam and caramel drizzle. Wow on the creativity piece because I rarely see banana being used in coffees. For both, the flavors mostly translated and it was a frothy, creamy, and semi-fruity iced cup of goodness for us both. A few points to throw in (one odd, one important), is Brewology will serve you a regular ol' cup of hot or iced coffee, but they also have the somewhat viral "cans" in which the cups look can-shaped with a pull tab top a la a can of soda. It's cool in aesthetics, but I'm not sure if it's something that is making the coffee taste any better or just fuel for Insta. It may not be for me, but I'll say the more important point was the friendliness of the staff, especially the person taking our order. He gave us a couple of recommendations on what to get and asked if we wanted to sign up for points. You always like to see that, especially when coffee shops can sometimes feel a little sterile. Overall, Brewology Coffee is anything but sterile as they pump in some creativity and a hint of Long Island vibes to make a pretty solid coffee location. I'd most certainly return (if in the area as Huntington Station isn't right around the corner) along with my wife (who might have loved her coffee more than me!). My boo and I came here for a snack when we were exploring out east and found another gem! It's essentially a small coffee shop with a variety of yummy treats. I wound up getting a banana something I don't remember smoothie, but it was sooooooo good! And my boo had an apple kind of latte that tasted like those dry apple crisps and it was oh so goooood for him too! We also got some sweet treats. We tried their oatmeal raisin cookie (phenomenal! Hands down the best I ever had) and they had one gingerbread man left and he was tasty too! They also warmed up the cookies prior to serving and while the oatmeal raisin cookie was soft and warm, the gingerbread man stayed cold and hard. I think they should warm them up separately because they have different textures, thicknesses, and consistencies. They have a bathroom by the cashier & a cold drink (and possibly foods) area opposite the pastry case. I'm not sure if they do this on purpose but it looks like they only leave one or two of each sweet treat out and it makes choosing so hard! It also makes ordering really difficult because it seems like if someone ahead of you orders it, welp then there's no more and you have to pick something else or order none of it. Stopped by Brewology in Huntington to try their spring menu and had a great experience. The space is bright, cozy, and perfect whether you're grabbing coffee with friends or just hanging out for a bit. The service is great. We tried a mix of drinks and pastries starting with the Nutty Shakedown which was rich and smooth with a great pistachio espresso flavor. The mango matcha dream was a standout and a great first introduction to matcha, light, refreshing, and really enjoyable. For pastries, the double chocolate cookie was warm and indulgent, the pistachio croissant had a strong authentic flavor, and the lemon bar was bright, sweet, and easily a favorite. We ended with the organic berry refresher which was super refreshing and a perfect way to finish. Here's the thing: this place has an eclectic menu! From standard to trendy, you can choose your own creation or pick from a set menu of drinks. In addition, they have a bevy of pastries and some single serving snacks on the side. Service is definitely super sweet and I ended up ordering a seasonal strawberry white mocha latte to go! Tragically, disaster struck: they forgot the espresso in my latte. The milk itself would've been a perfect steamer though! Full of sweet strawberry flavor. Came here this weekend because I was tempted by the cute Valentine's Day cups and they did not disappoint. I had iced coffee and my fiancé had an iced caramel macchiato. Both were great. We also each had a chicken sausage, egg and cheese on a brioche bun that was DELICIOUS. Was in the area and wanted a quick jolt of caffeine for the ride home. I ordered a medium chai latte, iced. And the bakery assortments piqued my interest. I opted for the cranberry oatmeal cookie. Pluses - the chai was good. It had a good flavor and spice to it. Maybe they use Doona? Not sure, but I am a chai connoisseur. Service was super sweet and friendly! The barista was kind and warm. Negatives - it's pretty pricey. $13 for a medium latte and a single cookie is pretty steep. The cookie, although you can tell it is fresh-baked, was far too sweet for me. If I was in the area, I'd be tempted to come back. They have the uber popular Dubai offerings which I haven't seen elsewhere. And some interesting and unique drink offerings which you don't see at other coffee shops. Seems like a cool spot for locals though. First time here. My son got a pink and white cookie. It was the best one I've ever had. I got a butterbeer latte. I'm a huge fan of the real thing and I was hoping it would be close. It was nothing like it. I also purchased a pistachio croissant which was tangy (not in a good way). Such a letdown. Have been following them on Instagram for awhile and was finally in the area. I got the irish brownie mocha which was amazing. Picked up the dancing leprechaun for a friend and she said she loved it. Small coffee shop serving up an excellent variety of coffee flavors. They also have holiday themed cups with their own holiday brew concoctions which add additional flare. They also carry the Mumbai chocolate, a hot new trend. I will say this, the tiny chocolate bar is a nice treat and something totally different. Ingredients on the bar are pretty good. Until you get to the end and it says "and other oils". Now is this tiny bar worth $20? I think not. But had to try it to see what all the hype is about. If it won't make you go broke, satisfy your curiosity and give it a try. I think it's fair to say this place is here to stick around a while. I have been meaning to stop by here and it was on my way to an errand this morning. The shop is so cute inside. They have a lot of prepared items and drinks in addition to the wide variety of baked goods and coffee/tea drinks. The muffins are ginormous! They looked delicious but I went with a cheddar scallion scone which they warmed up for me and I got one of the valentines special drinks (a white chocolate peppermint latte). The drink was so delicious, the espresso not bitter (which means they are properly brewing and cleaning their machine) and not overly sweet. The scone was also a bit large so I've been nibbling on it as I wait for my car to be serviced. It's delicious and love the slightly crispy bits on top. A nice spot for coffee specialities and snacks. It was nice and warm on the inside, which was a great welcoming on a chilly day as we were out for a long walk in the area. I enjoyed an espresso beverage while my monster enjoyed a reasonably priced cotton candy container (not made on site) and cake pop (quite good! My daughter was nice enough to share). The ambience is on point and would otherwise be an awesome place to hangout for a bit if not for the overly loud refrigerating units humming constantly -understandable in terms of function but definitely make it challenging to carry on a conversation and dampens the cozy vibes. I just want to say that I think their Dubai cookies are way overpriced $10.00 for a cookie that is much smaller in person than the picture. My son wanted to surprise me with a Dubai cookie because that's all I talk about so when I got home from work today he said I got you the cookie you wanted. When I opened the bag it was small. Then I tasted it and it was stale. I mean the stuff on top was so stale and mushy and the cookie was stale. I don't know how you can sell something like that for $10, It's not worth $5.00 dollars then to taste stale was the end for me. I will absolutely not be going back. read more

It's a grab and go spot, so just a heads up if you're going to have a table and chair to post up and meet friends or do some work, that's not the vibe currently. I been looking for a good coffee place and I saw they had lavender coffee so I came. I got a regular brewed coffee with lavender and a breakfast sandwich. It was actually disgusting. This place is soooo disappointing. I've been to so many coffee places this place was so bad. I've legit never had heart burn in my life and this place gave me severe heart burn. It was terrible. I was excited to see this new place opened because I love a coffee and Matcha. When I walked in there were three young kids working they were nice and the ordering went smoothly but when I got my Matcha latte, it had no milk in it? It was kind of weird. My sister also got an eggnog coffee and asked for an extra shot of espresso which it didn't seem like they added and she said it just tasted like a watered down coffee. We also got a cheddar chive scone and a cheese danish. the cheddar scone was really dry and tasted old. And the cheese danish was dry as well, and we realized there was mold on the bottom of it. Great place to grab a coffee or snack on the go. Randomly stopped to check it out and it has a cool vibe, clean design, and the food was fresh. Red velvet loaf was delicious.
