In the end we had to get our money back through PAYPAL... luckily we used PAYPAL to pay them. Wouldn't buy anything ever again from this place. STAY AWAY!

The shop owner said the bike was almost done and had seen pictures of it torn apart but after being continually ignored and given misleading information I began the hunt to find my property. I finally found my motorcycle totally untouched and removed it from their shop on the 1st of April 2014. At this point I have still not recieved my refund and am being forced to take them to small claims court just to get my money back. The shop owner has never apoligized once for this situation but instead has blamed his innocent employees and other mechanics. This shop is now located at 613 Wolf Street.

I was told I'd have it back by the end of the week if they had to order parts the week after I finally picked up my bike August 15, 2025 two months later scratches all over the place I now have a check engine light an ABS light, and a traction control light. and neither my fuel or volts gauges work at all, and for the new head unit and speedometer was almost $8000 and now I have a problems that I have to take it to a professional to figure out what screwed up on, because he held it at the end for so long because he was trying to figure out what he messed up. obviously didn't figure it out and just sent bike off with me to figure it out on my own. As you can guess I will never bring another bike to this place or recommend anybody brings their bike here if they want it back in any decent shape at all

The cost was average for a new sport bike tire (which is not cheap) but they did the job for me and didn't hold me up. The shop is fairly busy so I was pleased at the quick turn around and service. "Universal Sales" lives up to their name as the showroom has quite a variety of cycles for sale. Lots of Harleys but also some other bikes that all appeared in great condition (used).

The owner of this company is a major scam artist, I paid his other shop Finger Lakes Harley to put…read morea big bore kit in my 2007 ultra and the very first day I got it back a cylinder went, they wanted me to leave in in an area that wasn't secure just for them to pick it up the next morning instead of coming and getting it right then, well that was my first time I had another three times back to fix this issue and it was never fix mitt of fact I paid them to put parts in my bike because they said that was the issue and it wasn't, needless to say I took is somewhere else, then I had a major wake up call, these idiots put a 103 stick Harley parts instead of the 107 high performance parts I paid for, I tried several times to have them do the right thing and just pay the bill where I had it fixed right but the only thing they wanted to do is pay for the 107 parts not the labor, these idiots expected me to bring it back a fifth time. so be aware of they are scum and very very good at stealing your money, I've tried to get a lawyer but I can't find one to take my case, it's fraud, plus finding out that the runout on my crank was 15k and destroyed two oil pumps but they want to blame me.
