The owner of this company is a major scam artist, I paid his other shop Finger Lakes Harley to put…read morea big bore kit in my 2007 ultra and the very first day I got it back a cylinder went, they wanted me to leave in in an area that wasn't secure just for them to pick it up the next morning instead of coming and getting it right then, well that was my first time I had another three times back to fix this issue and it was never fix mitt of fact I paid them to put parts in my bike because they said that was the issue and it wasn't, needless to say I took is somewhere else, then I had a major wake up call, these idiots put a 103 stick Harley parts instead of the 107 high performance parts I paid for, I tried several times to have them do the right thing and just pay the bill where I had it fixed right but the only thing they wanted to do is pay for the 107 parts not the labor, these idiots expected me to bring it back a fifth time. so be aware of they are scum and very very good at stealing your money, I've tried to get a lawyer but I can't find one to take my case, it's fraud, plus finding out that the runout on my crank was 15k and destroyed two oil pumps but they want to blame me.

I needed two motorcycle tires mounted on wheels. I called in advance to see how much it cost to…read moremount and balance. They told me 50 dollars a wheel. I went and dropped off the rims and new tires. A few hours later I received a call saying my wheels are ready, but it's a little more than she quoted me, because I needed tubes. The total was about 225. They don't actually balance the wheels. They use "ride-on" which is a liquid they put in the wheel that balances it. I question the lifespan of the Fluid they put in the wheel, plus they charged 28 dollars for that. It's very disappointing that I called in advance to see how much it would cost, and it was more than double. They didn't damage the wheels, but they were covered in the balancing liquid when I picked them up. They asked if I wanted to take my wheels with me and I said I don't need them. They charge 10 dollars to dispose of them. I wish they would have called me before they decided to install new tubes. it would have been nice if they told me the actual total when I called. I would have gone somewhere else. I don't think I'll go back.

We had customers calling US shonks almost everyday because they hadn't received these parts that THEY SAID they had drop-shipped. They didn't even answer their phone or return calls or emails. In the end we had to get our money back through PAYPAL... luckily we used PAYPAL to pay them. Wouldn't buy anything ever again from this place. STAY AWAY!

On September of 2013 I gave this shop my motorcycle and almost $4000 to complete a wide tire kit…read morewhich I was told would take about a month. Not only did they never do it, nor did they order a single part for the job, but they lied about the whereabouts and progress of my motorcycle for over 6 months. The shop owner said the bike was almost done and had seen pictures of it torn apart but after being continually ignored and given misleading information I began the hunt to find my property. I finally found my motorcycle totally untouched and removed it from their shop on the 1st of April 2014. At this point I have still not recieved my refund and am being forced to take them to small claims court just to get my money back. The shop owner has never apoligized once for this situation but instead has blamed his innocent employees and other mechanics. This shop is now located at 613 Wolf Street.
