Customer service to all. They only pay attention to men for their tips. All my friends have noticed the same thing. Will never return.

This has been our neighborhood and go-to bar for food and drinks for 5 years. We have loved this place for a long time but lately service has gone downhill. There's an old woman who works the bar, I think her name is sherry, who consistently has provided me poor service. Poor attitude, long wait times, rude comments. But as soon as my husband arrives she is nice as pie to him. It's very apparent that she doesn't like other women. Saturday night 12/21/25 I went in to meet friends. I got there first, walked up to the bar to order a drink as my friends haven't arrived yet. Waited. Waited. Waited. A younger brunette walked over with a clear frown on her face and curtly told me she'd be with me in a minute. Fine no problem. Waited. Waited. Waited. My husband comes in we then sit down at a table. We wait some more. Bartenders have not come out from behind the bar still. 30 minutes later my friend arrived, we went back up to the bar to order a drink. The younger brunette proceeded to fill the water container with ice right in front of us rather than taking our order. When we ask if we can order a drink the older bartender snaps at us and tells us if we want better service we can go somewhere else and that they are too busy. Mind you there's maybe 20 other people in this bar at the time. Once we are finally able to order a drink, 45 minutes later, we drink our drinks, I close out and go home. Come to find out our friends got charged for the drinks we already paid for! We have been loyal customers for a long time, we're respectful, we're not rowdy and we always tip well. In return for years of business we get treated disrespectfully and overcharged. Unfortunately I just don't want to go back here anymore after the way I've been treated not only Saturday night but the many times the old bartender sherry has been rude in the past. And I've have advised my neighbors to steer clear for these same reasons. read more

I've came here on Sundays occasionally, also this is my favorite bar to go too when i just want a quick meal. The Bartender there sherri is the nicest gal and very quick and efficient with checking up on us and i always get my meal warm and my drinks fast. Service is excellent. We did NOT try any food. But this is a bar to come chill at AFTER you go out and you need to be able to walk home. I wouldn't start here lol A big selection of alcohol, spirits,beers and cider. And it's surprisingly LARGE inside. Definitely will return because I CAN walk there lol read more

Good food and friendly service...a nice neighborhood pub! The wedge salad and the steak fries are delicious.

I've ended up here on Tuesday nights as of late, they host Last Call Trivia at 7pm. From the outside it appears small, but it's a good size bar on the inside, and there are lots of different seating options from the bar, to higher tables and chairs, lower tables and chairs, bar stools, etc. I've had the quesadilla, it wasn't bad, but the thing I look forward to is the tacos. Tuesday night they have $2.50 tacos, and they are a pretty good size. The chicken and beef are fine, but the chorizo is really good. It's pretty spicy, fair warning, but it has a lot of flavor, and there is a good amount. Our table has ordered different things from the Nachos, the burgers, the salads, and consensus seems to be the salads are good, everything else is pretty standard. Side note, evidently from the faces of my teammates, the Nacho cheese is spicy! I think the staff means well. There are always two people working, I'm assuming one is the owner. One comes across frosty, but I think it's her personality and she means well, the other is very friendly, but consistently forgets a piece of each of our orders, either a side sauce, a meat, a drink. I can live with both, but worth mentioning. read more

Went in last night around 5:30pm. Place was pretty busy, so we were going to just order a drink and go home. Went up to the bar and the bartender said we will be with you in a moment. So we waited. Another bartender about 5 minutes later asked what we wanted. I ordered two drinks and the bartender said, oh we don't have time for that. Very confused, we said ok and walked out. We have been to this bar several times in the past and have also taken our out of town guest there since it is close to our house. We have yet to have good service. Not staffed appropriately. One person waiting on everyone in the bar. However, she was beyond rude!! There is no good reason for blaming customers for your lack of help. I won't be back... not our fault. I didn't ask for a drink the same time as everyone else at our table. I was berated for not ordering m drink the same time as everyone else. This is at once a place that makes you feel like home. The staff are friendly, patient and fast. Food was great. Loved the chicken nachos with house made salsa and the onion rings were delicious. Been here many many many times and they have the best 2 bartenders who always remember my drinks and food order. Super friendly and nice, however it appears that one of them no longer works there anymore. Chicken nachos are super good and they use melted cheese instead of shredded cheese which is a plus. Also they have the best grill cheese ever and if you go on a day where they have tomato soup, even better!!! Bar is pretty clean and has plenty of tvs to watch and most importantly has video lottery where I like to go donate to the schools, parks and kids. read more

They ignored us several times for other white customers and allowed customers to hold machines with .10 cents for a extended time.

Great place for bar food and a beer at a reasonable price. Try the clam chowder if you have the chance

Pretzel rods, fish tacos, crispy chicken salad, clam chowder..everything is so bomb I truly want to shake the chefs hand who's making magic back there! The best thing one the menu that I tried here is their honey garlic sriracha wings. The cheesy tots are ok and burger wasn't too bad. Take a pass on the pizza. great neighborhood pub in new'ER retail development. Came here after golf one June day and they were shut from COVID still. Understandable, I can appreciate businesses being more cautious v. opening up straightaway. Second attempt was successful. Small/medium place. Good service. Enjoyed a few pints after golf while watching sports on TV. Attentive servers and fresh beer. Nothing to eat this time, but appeared to have the usual Sports pub items. Guests spaced out a good bit and hand sanitizer at entry. Friendly, tucked away in this small retail center I didn't know existed. They had advertised some drink and food specials. Went here yesterday for a lunch date with my wife. The bartender was okay, but no smile, or very welcoming. Ordered drinks and clam chowder to start. Sherry, who is the cook and takes food orders and delivers to the table is a delight. She apologized for not having oyster crackers for my chowder, so she made me garlic toast. So sweet. We also had tri-tip dip with tater tots and an order of buffalo wings. Tri-tip is a bit of a stretch. It's a French dip. It's good, but don't expect tri-tip, it's shaved roast beef. We were a party of 4 and we had the worst service and food since the last time we were here. I had a burger that was waaayy overcooked. The other members of our party had a quesadilla that had no flavor, fish and chips,and s rib-eye trip tip wrap that was unremarkable. Its a place to go. Very unfriendly staff and stale atmosphere. I have been in there over a dozen times now, due to the walking distance. But I always feel like I am on someone else property. Which is not the feeling you want when you walk into a local bar. I want to feel welcome like I can have a drink and play a few games. It seems like their goal is to be a dive bar?
