He said Superior and gave me their number. Not only did Superior provide an expert tow, it was well below others I also contacted -- by roughly 50% less. I was informed how long it would be before they would arrive, as well as additional update when he was in route to my home. The employee was really nice and allowed me to ride with him to my mechanic, rather than getting a separate Uber, which saved me from an additional expense. Great service and value. If I could give 0 stars for this place I would! I'm highly disappointed and quite angry right now. Whom ever I to on the phone was so disrespectful. I couldn't quite hear him on the phone and that ticked him off and he spoke to me like I was slow, if he just spoke up I would of been able to hear him. That being said I called an hour a half ago and he said the person would be on the way in a hour and a half. An hour and a half went by I called back and asked if they were on the way and he proceeded to say "ma'am you didn't give us the number and we drove by and you weren't there so you can call somewhere else". GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Yeah obviously I'm being sarcastic. I don't know what was wrong with him. Maybe he is having a bad day I don't know but that was totally UNACCEPTABLE ! read more

The good posts have to be fabrications by friends. The truth is this company is a liability to any company that utilize them. Most recently in their efforts to make a dollar, they have stooped to scrupulous means in order to do so. I am going to the local Police Department and I expect they will get the outcome that should have occurred in the past. Believe me when I say these country bumpkins have no class and will go through any means to try to make a dollar being that they apparently like education. They tear up peoples cars in the process because they do no have proper equipment to tow anyway. They even have the nerves to try to get people to sign an invoice saying the car was not damaged before they can even get their car. Not to mention they have a fake legal notice saying they are not liable for the damages in hopes that another uneducated person like they are, may really think there is nothing he or she can do. Watch the TV, they will be there very soon. If you need your car towed, do not use these clowns. If you are a business, expect to be possibly pulled into litigation dealing with these jokers.
