My gel…read morehad grown out and they offered to do an acrylic fill which was fine, but I had pointed out a broken nail which I had pointed out and they only put a thin layer of acrylic on top. My cuticles were flooded on both toes and hands and the lady doing my toes filed it so hard it hurt and started to bleed. On my hands the gel chipped one day later. I called and asked to come in to get it fixed, went in, showed the manager who then proceeded to argue with me and told me I was a hard customer and said that giving discounts justified the lack of quality work done. I would not recommend going here and will not be returning.

I decided to give this salon a try since it was right across the street, and I'm so happy I did. Not only did they fix all the issues with my nails, but they completely won me over for the summer. I've now had three fills here, and every visit has been excellent. Luis (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) is incredibly detail-oriented and takes great care to protect the natural nail while making sure I'm happy with the final result. I've even challenged him with a few tiny nail art designs, and he has always been up for it, delivering beautiful work every time.
