I lived at these apartments from August 2025 to July 2026, and this was by far the worst management and resident experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend living here.
The biggest issue was maintenance. Our refrigerator leaked continuously and stopped making ice for over six months. We submitted multiple maintenance requests, yet the solution was literally to put tape on the back of the refrigerator and mark the issue as fixed. It was not fixed. The refrigerator continued leaking onto the flooring, eventually causing mold. We informed maintenance that the problem persisted, and their response was to come back and put more tape on it. Six months of unresolved maintenance for a major appliance is completely unacceptable.
The parking situation is another major problem. Residents pay $85 per month for parking, yet there is no guarantee of a spot anywhere near your building. Even worse, the parking garage experienced robberies this year, which made many residents feel unsafe. On top of that, parking spaces were repeatedly blocked off for construction over the last two months, leaving residents with even fewer options despite continuing to pay full price. Construction also began around 7:00 a.m. for weeks, with loud drilling that constantly disrupted residents.
The flooring renovations were handled terribly. Every resident was expected to pack up their apartments or risk being charged. Contractors occupied our living spaces from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for three days, with no compensation, no alternative accommodations, and no consideration for the fact that people work, study, or live from home. When the work was finished, they left dust and flooring glue throughout the apartment, leaving us to clean up their mess ourselves.
Another frustrating decision was the installation of Luxer package lockers. The entire purpose of these lockers is to allow residents to retrieve packages outside of office hours. Instead, management installed them inside the office building, which closes at 5:00 p.m., making the system far less convenient and defeating its intended purpose.
What was most disappointing was management's attitude. When we tried to express our concerns and ask for solutions, we were met with dismissiveness and even laughed at. That level of unprofessionalism was honestly more frustrating than many of the maintenance issues themselves.
For nearly $1,200 per month to live in a tiny bedroom while sharing a bathroom, the value simply is not there. Between the ignored maintenance requests, expensive and inadequate parking, disruptive renovations, poor communication, and disrespectful treatment from management, this apartment complex consistently failed to provide the quality of living residents are paying for.
I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. read more
