He seemed to pay attention to detail and his commercial projects as well as his residential properties were well maintained. I personally observed his employees working at McDonalds on the Post Road in Milford. They were friendly and seemed happy. The landscaping was lovely for a commercial property. I liked the idea that the business is family owned and has been around for a long time. It seemed that everyone in town knew "Matt" and only had great things to say about him.
