This location was great. It is a fairly new location. Many restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of well lit parking. There is a nice outside sitting area. The bar was open. The staff is fantastic. Great bed in a quiet room. Nice place to stay.

    Oblong toilet with round seat.

The staff is great. Breakfast was really on point and full of flavor. Room was clean. My only complaint is having a round toilet seat on an oblong toilet when there is a Lowe's across the street.

Paid $180 for a $75 experience. There were hairs everywhere and the shower curtain had, what looked like, throw up on it. See the pics for yourself...

This was my first reservation as a Diamond member. The front desk did not acknowledge my status. The room, bathroom, and lobby were all clean. But that's where it ends. The shower was slippery and no slip pad provided. They give you exactly three towels in a 2 queen room. So if you have 4 people, you have to request additional towel. As a diamond member, they gave me room 216, which has a view out the window of the back of the front entrance. Can't even see a parking lot! Then at 8:45 in the morning, housekeeping is knocking on the door to clean. I think as a diamond member I get late check out. It's not even 11:00!!!!! I will be thinking twice before I stay at this hotel again.

Ugh..checked into this place on a Sunday to find trash laying about on all the floors. Gross. The same trash was there the following day. The only thing that I liked was that it was within walking distance of several restaurants.

Mold in the showers, hand towels that feel like literal sandpaper, $200+ feels extremely overpriced for this motel labeled a hotel

Pleasantly Surprised…read more My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise from the moment I booked. I reserved the room through the app as a Gold member, which comes with a few perks, and since I only needed the room for one night, the process was simple and convenient. I arrived around 3:00 PM and was greeted promptly by the front desk. I planned to check in at that time but was told it would be about five more minutes while they finished preparing the room--no problem at all. I decided to head to the conference I was in town for and returned later that evening around 7:30 PM. At that time, there was quite a crowd checking in and only one person working the front desk, which resulted in a short wait. Despite that, the check-in process went smoothly. I was informed that the in-person room rate was higher than what I had booked online; however, as a Gold member, they honored the original price. That genuinely surprised me, as I've never experienced that level of consideration before. Once in the room, there were a few details that kept the stay from being a full five-star experience. Upon entry, there was a noticeable damp, stuffy smell--possibly due to the apartment-style layout. Additionally, a bit more attention to cleaning would have helped: there was a broken fingernail on the floor, hair on the sofa, and a food stain on the dresser. Nothing major, but noticeable, especially since I had been told the room was being cleaned several hours earlier. From that point on, however, everything was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was a standout. While it was standard hotel fare, it was clearly prepared with care and had great flavor. On a cold winter morning, the hot breakfast, along with coffee, tea, juice, muffins, oatmeal, eggs, and a full breakfast bar, was both comforting and impressive. Overall, aside from those few minor issues, I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again. With a bit more attention to detail in room cleaning and additional front desk staffing during peak check-in times, this hotel could easily deliver a consistent five-star experience.

For example the side door our key was not working and they called maintenance to check the battery in the door. Then our other key lost its access to the room so they quickly helped us get a replacement. I called to ask for an extended check out as we were so exhausted, we're trying to rest more because our son has insomnia and kept us up almost all night and he finally fell asleep. as sure as i asked to extend he woke up and wanted to swim but that was very helpful to have the extended time to have him swim because then he slept almost the entire ride home. The staff were extremely polite to him and he just loved all of their kindness as well as did we. From the moment we checked in until we left we felt very well taken care of and the hotel was room was clean, perfect space for us and our two dogs. Again, amazing staff!!!! We look forward to making this he a regular place to stop now vs our previous location in Jackson. We come through this area about 2-3x a year and we're excited to find a hotel with such pleasant staff and clean premises.

Decent hotel stay, sort of ruined by the false advertising on Expedia. Not sure who's at fault,…read morebut it's BS. Jackson is a less than favorable community for my auto charging needs. There is only one set of old ass Superchargers at the janky outlet mall. Getting in and out of that mall is mind numbingly frustrating. The traffic coming from Ridgeland into Pearl (where the SC is located) is always backed up. It sucks so bad. Sometimes it's ten mins to go one mile. Why is this relevant? I chose this hotel so I could charge overnight and not have to use the SC in Pearl. I arrived to find them all out of order, possibly never fully installed. Despite that it was clearly advertised as having a charging station. So I check in, dangerously low on energy and go to plug my car in. No power at any of the stations I tried. I go and ask the front desk lady and she says, "yea they work, try another one". Stupidly I listen to her and then the real frustration sets in. I now realize I have to drive to Pearl and sit there and charge. See above. Not to mention the POS chargers limited me to 75kW max on that visit. Lovely. Room was fine after my anger subsided. I would have actually enjoyed my stay had I not felt duped. AC units were extremely loud though. Breakfast offerings are so bad. I don't know who eats this at a corporate level and says "Yep! That is the one!!! People will love this! Why can't we just have bacon and sausage that come from pigs rather emulsified and formed trash meat. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. They even had chicken freaking nuggets for breakfast. What the what? They texted me and asked how it was after I got there. I told them what I thought. No response from Ashley. Oh well. We will try something else next time. '25 - 41/111

They have a big lazy river outside and lots of areas to walk around. The property is lush and green! Inside, they have lots of seating areas which made post conference gatherings easy to happen naturally near the bar in one of the little seating nooks. They do have a lounge for members with status as well as a great rooftop bar! Second, the rooms were nice! My stay was comfortable and there were no issues there. Overall, another great Marriott win!

Hidden gem! We stayed here on our way from TN to TX. SO GLAD WE DID!…read more The kids loved the lazy river and pool. They had floats and comfy poolside chairs and a swim up bar out there. I'm not a golfer but I'm guessing this is the place to be if you are. :) They have such a beautiful golf course and it made me want to take up some golf clubs and learn. We ate at Rebecca's (hotel restaurant) two times and enjoyed dinner much more than breakfast. Breakfast was a bit overpriced, fruit wasn't super fresh, toast and pastries a big stale. There were a ton of options for the brekky buffet though. On the contrary, dinner seemed fairly priced and the portions were huge. Food tasted delicious, made to order. Kids fries, alfredo and grilled cheese for the littles. Crostinis app for us (highly recommend). Hubby got a burger which he said was delicious (super sized) and I had the seafood penne and ate it all! Loved the flavor and spice. We had an incredible stay here and we would def come again. They even had a kid room for our 5, 4, and 1 year old to enjoy - it had large blocks, coloring table, big love sac chairs. Thanks for having us Sheraton and for the incredible service we received!
