She was nothing less than miserable and nasty to not only me but another man and his teenage son checking in for a workout. I will speak with someone further if requested. I would not advise this planet fitness to anyone at this time. This Kala person should not be in a customer service position and leave her misandry behavior elsewhere if she is not terminated with cause as it is not possible for this to be the only complaint and very bad for business.

There are younger instructors that are cute and obviously know what they are doing, but they tend to be more "hands off" than I want in an in-person class. I really like the fact that they have instructors that appeal to different needs. It can be difficult to get the Wed classes I need due to my schedule. This is because I have the lowest level (4 times a month) membership, and the higher level memberships get to pick classes before I do. But even with my schedule limitations, I've been able to improve over the last year, and I'm glad I joined.

I feel extremely satisfied to be treated there and believe the facility is run amazingly well. From the minute I check in or have any questions, Melinda at the Front Desk is all over it. She runs a tight ship, does it with a great attitude and is extremely pleasant. My PT Richard has been spot on from Day 1. He listens really well, is constantly thinking out of the box and I feel that he is never just prescribing a rote set of exercises like so many PT's do. He set me up with exercises for home and continually adds to that and supplements with new ones in person. He researches, follows up, definitely top notch! Can't speak for the other therapists, but I do see all patients being treated with respect and smiles!
