    Filthy shower

I am sorry for hotels dot com but I have to disagree with them, this is not a 3.5 star hotel. I am glad I brought flip flops to get into the filthy shower and I don't blame housekeeper. This place was built in 1985 and never updated The only reason for two stars is because parking was free Picture of shower with the mold like it was motel 6 in the seventies but the difference is that motel six was 18 dollars a night or 16 with the discount

Creme brûlée...YUM! And the portion was bigger than I'm used to!

My husband and I recently had a very nice stay at the Hilton Melbourne. We booked a room here because I had a surgical procedure in the area for early the next morning. During check-in, the friendly employee asked what brought us to town and I explained about my surgery. In response, she offered us a late check-out which was so incredibly sweet and helpful! The late check-out really helped us so that we didn't have to rush before heading back home. I'm was...and still am...so grateful to that thoughtful young woman. I wish I would've gotten her name! We also had a nice experience at the bar, where I had tempura portabella mushrooms (with a tasty, spicy dipping sauce), a salad, and a creme brûlée. Everything was tasty and the service we received from the bartender was great as well! I would definitely stay here again!

Stay somewhere else. We were a large group in town for the Artemis Launch. I was not too keen on the cleanliness of the rooms. The room is always cleaner when I leave than I found it. I Lysol everything and wipe down all the touch surfaces and toilet. If I wipe and there is residue, not a good sign. The sinks had residue also. Like I said, not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. And I love Hilton properties. They are my preferred property when traveling. Hampton Inn, specifically. Now, this was not my room. It was someone in my party. She woke up feeling like something was crawling on her. Yep. You guessed it. Bedbugs. She found a total of four and they are pretty good sized. I'm not an entomologist, but these might be adults. What I mean is, they were big. She gathered her things and went to the front desk and they changed her room. She inspected that one. Looked ok. Back to bed. The next morning, upon check out, she complained, of course. The front desk staff compensated her with enough rewards points for another night free. So, I will NEVER EVER. EVER. EVER. Stay at this property again. I am well aware that bedbugs can happen anywhere, especially, with folks coming & going. But they are the international sign for uncleanliness. I am questioning HOW the rooms are cleaned and how actual vermin were missed.

Beware of this hotel it seemed all of their budget went to the lobby and promote their expensive restaurant, rooms are bad... if you want to keep customers come how about better rooms and not overpriced breakfast

This did not feel like a beach resort, rather like a discount hotel. The facility appears rundown and is in need of much maintenance. The air conditioner in our room would increase each night to 77-78 degrees without manual intervention. The wall in the bathroom was crumbling. The bath caulking was in need of replacement since the mold is taking over. Outside past the Tiki Bar the doors were rusted out and need to be replaced. We saw a rat run along the wall there and enter the building through the rusted doors. The couping on the roof line is missing in several places. The windows in our room permitted the sounds from the street to wake us up, and we were on the highest floor. The tables in the shade area needed to be power washed and then resealed. The towels in the room were not resort quality, and only two towels were available. The only highlight was the staff, from Destiny at the front desk to Eric in the Tiki Bar. Our server in the dining room was a delight.

I recommend this property for business or leisure stays. The hotel has a lot of self park parking for around $7 per night. The front desk staff are nice and accommodating. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant onsite. There is a gym. They also have a Starbucks counter. The executive floor is nice and some rooms have balconies. The executive floor has a business center/conference room. My stay was pleasant and relaxing. The halls were not noisy which was greatly appreciated for my rest. My balcony was nice with a patio set perfect for sitting out and getting some quiet work done in the fresh air. The room had a mini fridge and microwave and desk area. The restaurant serves breakfast 6am-10am and there is a breakfast buffet. The restaurant and bar are poppin during happy hour after work. Also the hotel is not far from the airport. If in Melbourne, FL I recommend that you stay here.

Excellent hotel in Melbourne. Pool. Gym. Banquet rooms. Starbucks. Staff was excellent. Bar was open and the food was good. Hotel doesn't have Amazon Prime so Thu Night Football was a no go.

Fantastic property! Excellent customer service, quality food/beverage selection with a great location...You will be

Specifically for "The Bistro"…read more Apologies for the lengthy post in advance. We checked in today and noticed that The Bistro was listed as being open until 10:00 PM. Around 8:40 PM, I went downstairs to ask about laundry services and dinner options. I want to note that the front desk staff was excellent -- very kind, professional, and informative. Unfortunately, my experience at The Bistro was very different. When I approached the bar area to place a to-go order for my room, the bartender, Nikkii, responded by saying, "I guess, but people don't normally do dinner this late," while giving me a very uncomfortable look. Considering the restaurant was still open for another hour and a half, I found that comment inappropriate and unprofessional. I then asked if the restaurant's hours had changed from the posted 10:00 PM closing time, but instead of clarifying, she simply stated that I could not order soup because it is prepped in the morning. While I completely understand certain menu limitations later in the evening, the overall interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. As someone who also works in the service industry as a bartender, I understand that late-night orders can sometimes be frustrating, but it is still important to treat guests with courtesy and professionalism during operating hours. After placing my order, I realized that Nikkii herself would be preparing the food, which honestly made me uncomfortable given the attitude displayed throughout the interaction. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the front desk staff set a wonderful tone for the stay, and it was disappointing for the dining experience to feel so unnecessarily negative. A little more patience and kindness toward guests would go a long way.

The lovely Marie who was so engaging and helpful with a can do attitude is no longer there. The current staff never welcomed us or even made a weak attempt to make conversation with us. No smiling, just acted like they were being put upon. I did observe this with other people waiting to check in. No waters were offered and they were always found not at the front desk when we needed something. I will say upon checkout Richard was nice , but we only saw him about 5 minutes, just long enough to check out. The breakfast which used to be quite good was really terrible this time. Even if you got there before they opened, the bacon was either flabby or burnt and that was the best thing offered besides a basic bagel or toast. Sausages cold and do were eggs and potatoes. Not even edible. One bite of each and it was over. The hotel is located close to some good restaurants, so we made it work. That staff was even less friendly and that was not the case on prior visits. The room was nice as always though someone banged hard on our door in the middle of the night. We did not open the door, but think it was just some rowdy teenagers ( what we could see thru the peephole). The rooftop restaurant and bar was closed for an event. Having said all that, we still love the location. Hope the front desk staff receive some customer service training and all will be well. I'm friendly and really get irked when people act like I'm putting them out with a simple question.

I could hear people talking normally in other rooms. Upstairs guests clearly walking gently in their room were audible in mine. Children running around unsupervised late evening thanks to an absent quiet time policy and poor parenting did not enhance my stay either. Not recommended.
