This place is absolutely gorgeous. The check in desk lady was so nice (I didn't catch her name but she was young) everyone was so helpful (also the valet, by the way only valet here no self parking). Our room was beautiful, I'm obsessed with the Byredo products, I love Byredo so I was so happy to see them here. I recently stayed at the 1 hotel and this was comparable in my opinion. The only issue I have was the shower head had absolutely no water pressure in the shower, but the shower itself was so beautiful. The lagoon is stunning and the reason why we booked this hotel. I love how our room overlooked it (if you get that option). They have free kayaking and Stand up paddle boarding as well and if you walk to the end where those boars are you can see boats for rent and also a food hall at the end of the walk way. Half the lagoon is for swimming the other half is for boating. I just learned my mom has stage 4 cancer and I took her here right before we found out. I will cherish this place forever as we had such an amazing time before all hell broke out. Once she gets better I will be taking her back here to celebrate. This review is strictly for the Conrad Spa, and let me tell you it was amazing. I had the best morning there! I spent the afternoon at the Conrad Spa ahead of a flight home. The spa is gorgeous, literally I just liked laying there and staring at the architecture of the staircase. From walking in, to departing, every part of the experience was amazing. The spa attendant (I believe her name was Jessica), truly made the entire experience. She was lovely and always there when you need something or there with something you didn't even know you needed. If you encounter bad weather it would definitely put a bit of a damper on your spa experience since their outdoor section is really amazing. I loved the cold plunge, hot tub, more temperature pool and just lounging in the chairs reading my book. The sauna and steam room were also great and the showers were very nice. My massage by Trish was also stellar. I really just can't rave about this place enough, I loved it! read more

The front desk staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The location is close to the Disney parks, though there's no complimentary shuttle service. Personally, I'd recommend using Uber--it's convenient and efficient. Overall, I find it more comfortable and much quieter than staying at Disney resorts. Went to this AMAZING resort for a work meeting. This was actually my second visit to this location, however; this is the first time I extended my trip to enjoy on my personal time. First off the customer service across this ENTIRE RESORT is OUTSTANDING!! There was not a single experience that I can say did not have a good and genuine interaction. I had some bad luck during the week, when my personal flat iron and curling iron broke. With that said I had reached out via text to the front desk and they said if I wanted to order and have delivered to the front desk they'd be happy to either keep the delivery for my p/up OR simply have the delivery placed in my room. In addition I needed a steamer for a work event during the week and they kindly had it delivered to my room for my use as well. Housekeeping was outstanding. I had forgotten to turn off my do not disturb in the evening so only got to enjoy the turn down service one time. They lay out slippers for you and turn down the bed. A nice bonus. As far as the restaurants there are nice options. At each one the food was great and again the service was also great. I would say by far my favorite staff was at the bar Apero. Throughout the week for both work and person every single person I interacted with was great. Tim, Rene, Pat & Patrick were attentive. Always asking how we were doing, Asked about another drink or snack. They remembered me when I returned and greeted me with a smile each time. Their drink making was great. From a Lemon Drop to an Old Fashioned etc. etc. Would highly recommend staying here! read more

I treated myself to the Conrad Orlando Spa. I've been eyeing it and decided it was good time to try it out. Out of the bag I would have wished it came with the option to hang out at the lagoon for the price tag but here to say it does not. It does have a water garden that houses its hot (102F) and cold (53F) plunge tubs as well as a small vitality pool option that sits around (90F). It also has both a steam and sauna room both equally lovely. It's a newer property and the premises and spa were immaculate. The welcome service and staff were excellent and highly communicative. My masseuse was Courtney and I asked for medium pressure she delivered a great service. They have a Polynesian lounge overlooking the Laguna and although it was a bit scorching out the view made me a bit jelly but the market fish grouper sandwich was ahmazing and made up for it! The price of the spa is a bit on the higher range but the fact that I enjoyed most of these amenities basically to myself justified it. Lastly more super points because I caught a glimpse of a hummingbird in their garden. I never thought I would see one in the wild in Central FL. - ahh the life! read more

I stayed at the Conrad for a short business trip, including company meetings on site, in October. Honestly, I did not get a chance to explore much beyond the gym, bedroom, and conference space. However, those areas were enough to leave a positive impression. The king bed room was sizable and even being on just the 3rd floor had a nice view. I know I didn't hear much of anything from outside or other rooms at night, which when combined with the beds, made for a great night sleep. Likewise, the conference rooms were in good shape, clean, and easy to get to and around. Temperature control was perfect. Food was decent, however, nothing to write home about when you consider conference food. I didn't interact with a lot of staff, nor did I get to take advantage of the pools, however, my limited exposure to them both showed potential. We did take one quick trip outside the resort. It took about 30 minutes by car. It was easy but seemed a bit further than I thought it would be. Sorry, I did not pop into anything Disney this trip, so cannot comment on it in relation to the Conrad. Still, this Hilton is worth considering. read more

I stayed here for several nights with a large group. This is a great hotel for very large groups. The hotel is huge to accommodate individual rooms, apartments, and also private villas. The lagoon is beautiful, with couple manmade beaches for golfing and fire pits for s'mores. There is even a big water slide and a boat house. My room was very spacious, with tall ceilings and double sinks in the bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony. Mine did not, and it did not have windows that opened, which made the room consistently stuffy. There was no way around it other than leaving the front door open for fresh air. There are couple onsite dining options. Ceiba is a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views, including Disney fireworks at night, albeit in the distance. Sophia's Trattoria serves a standard breakfast and lunch menu (psst...their breakfast croissant sandwich is delicious). Little Spoon is a market with yogurt, overnight oats, sandwiches, gelato, fancy desserts, and even truffles. 1 star off: The hotel charges an automatic 20% gratuity on *everything*, which they claim is "for your convenience ". I would grab a yogurt from the refrigerator at Little Spoon and be charged 20% gratuity without warning. I received no service...in fact, the hotel should pay me for grabbing the yogurt myself. The worst part is that the payment machine asks you to add *additional* gratuity on top of their automatic 20% that they did not earn and do not disclose until your receipt is printed, so unsuspecting customers can be paying double the gratuity on something that did not get served. This applies to all take-out orders from its restaurants. It's like the hotel tries to sneak in more gratuity from customers without properly paying its staff. This is the only off-putting thing about staying here. read more

This review is for the spa. Entering into the conrad property itself, I had a terrible experience with the attendant at the front gate. I had a spa appointment booked for the afternoon and the initial girl at the gate told me that I wouldn't be allowed into the spa because typically guests are only allowed to come an hour prior to their appointment. I tried to explain to her that when booking these spa services for myself and my friend, I had spoken with the spa representative directly on the phone to confirm what amenities there were and that we could arrive early to use them. This girl was rude to say the least and then went back and called a different guy to come over who then said that he could "let me in, but there is no guarantee that the spa would let me in". I then asked if he could call the spa himself and then said "well we don't have any connection with the spa and don't communicate with them". Very confused by this experience. Needless to say I got into the spa without issues, but that whole thing was very off putting. The spa itself is okay. There is a very small pool, cold plunge and essentially a hot plunge. The pool is small and was preoccupied by a couple making out the majority of the time and when they did leave, the pool was really warm so wasn't too relaxed in it. I do wish there was an option between the pool and the cold plunge and that there were lounge chairs to lay out by the pool. There is also no way to oder food outside. I will say the actual massage itself was good. Overall in comparison to some of the other spa days I have had, I will stick to the other resorts. This massage was also pricier in my opinion compared to other resort spas and the price when you try to book online is not the actual price. I had to call the spa to confirm and was told that the price listed is their base price which fluctuates on how busy the spa is that day and how many bookings they have for the day already and also price increase for the weekend. read more

A true five star experience! Clean and comfortable with TOP NOTCH service. Pros: *It's new and well-appointed. The rooms were so nice and the spa amenities are fabulous and clean. The vibes and aesthetic really make it. *The concierge, front desk, spa, pool and restaurant staff (for the most part) were amazing. The service really gave "you get what you pay for." They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. *The access to the Evermore property and its amenities/restaurants is awesome, but even better are the dedicated Conrad-only spaces. Loved lounging by the lagoon and even got to use a complimentary pool float to really get the "lay out" experience on the water. Don't skip the SolarCat motorized lounger on the lagoon! It's a must. The Cons: *The food is WAY overpriced. Omg. $30 for a breakfast sandwich, $26 for a BLT, $27 wings ("real" food was closer to the $45-60 range). It's honestly unreal. Looking back, wish I'd eaten off-property more. One of the main restaurants was closed, so they set up a "Japanese speakeasy" in an unused (storage?) space. To their credit, it had good vibes for what it was! The drinks were very well-crafted with tasty food, but it felt weird drinking a $22 cocktail in a 9x9 utility room. The main activity at the resort is eating and drinking but it's going to cost you. *While the spa amenities were awesome, the service was just okay for $350. *May not be a con for everyone, but this place was CRAWLING with kids. There was a 3 to 1 kid to adult ratio. It's the last weekend of August so you'd think they'd be back in school or readying for school? Nope! Teenagers in wet bathing suits run amok. If you have kids, great for you! If you're looking for a more quiet, adult time, good luck. Def come during the week vs the weekend. *More adult-oriented activities would be great, too. The stacked events calendar was geared toward families. The bulk of the adult activities are fitness-related. read more

Paul and I are here for a beautiful weekend to celebrate my girlfriend's 70th birthday. When we walked into the lobby, which was absolutely stunning, Frankie, our greeter said that our room had a problem however they were giving us a one bedroom suite with its own elevator. Wow! When we finally got into the room, it was amazing. We certainly looked out since this is the only room of its kinds in the entire hotel. If you look at my pictures, you will see the view from the balcony. We are on the fifth floor. We have a living room, a master bedroom suite with a magnificent bathroom, walk-in closet and a kitchenette. It's fully equipped. If we had to, we could live here for a long time. Parking is $50 a night but with a handicap placard, it's free. We were able to get the room with our Sapphire Reserve points. Parking and resort fee will be extra at the end. As you walk in your face with an spectacular view of the lagoon through a huge picture window. It's a contemporary lobby with some seating, a concession store with food and beverage at the end, bathrooms, And a three manned reception area. During our three day stay, we were truly satisfied. The staff is welcoming and very helpful at every area. There is also a lovely restaurant called Sophia's which we had breakfast at for two days. There is also a pool area and a lagoon. At the far end of the lagoon for beach goers. There are lots of slides and various activities for everyone to enjoy. There are also other restaurants in the hotel for dinner and drinks. In the evening, we were able to see the fireworks in the distance from Disney World. There are also conference rooms for various groups that come in for seminars, etc. During our stay, our hostess set up a cocktail party for us outside. They were various hors d'oeuvres and fabulous drinks for us to enjoy and mingle. This was a lovely getaway and I hope to return in the future. read more

Wow. This place was phenomenal- truly a five star resort. The rooms were spacious and clean and well designed. My wife and I fell in love with the overhead reading lights; they were so unique. Next the lagoon/pools of course were the main attraction and they were stunning. The whole beach area was so relaxing! The food and drinks were great too. We ate at every restaurant and the food was diverse and flavorful with so many options and honestly was reasonably priced. Our favorite was the Thai noodle salad at Papaya club...we must have dined there four times during our stay. But by far the best part were the people. The staff were so warm and welcoming AND they were fully staffed which is rare these days. They had so many people working the desk, working outside, waiters in the restaurants etc. just overall felt very well run. We can't wait to come back. read more

We had an amazing stay here. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. It's hard to know where to begin because everything about this place exceeded our expectations. My kids absolutely loved the pools, being out on the water, and having breakfast at the restaurant each morning. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed. One of my favorite moments each day was waking up and stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy the incredible view. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Housekeeping even came by twice to make sure our room stayed spotless, which really stood out to us. We also ordered room service and the presentation was truly five-star before we even took our first bite. This hotel clearly takes pride in making guests feel special and well taken care of. From the front desk, valet, gym, Spa and house keeping, it was top notch quality, greetings and communication. Team was very responsive to any request, and focused on greetings and being helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Turndown service impeccable. The meeting areas were well serviced with food and snacks, and dinner, specifically at Ceiba was A+. Spa team was incredible. First time doing a staycation and we were very happy with the experience. Upon arrival we had valet parking. Hotel was beautiful and even though we arrived early our room was ready. I didn't take pictures of the room but it was spacious, modern, etc. we dined at Twin Views, walked on the beach, went on evening strolls, etc. The beach was a little bit crowded but we rested on the hammocks which was perfect. However the next day the temperature dropped to the 60s so the beach was out of the question. But it was a great time at this resort. read more

We had the most perfect day at the Conrad Spa and Resort! The resort and spa are very new and sleek. I surprised my wife with a spa day, and we were blown away by how peaceful and relaxing it was. We were greeted with a refreshing kombucha drink, then escorted down a very impressive staircase to the spa's coed lounge. The gentleman's room assistant, Jorge, was incredibly helpful and kind as he showed me around the amenities and different areas of the spa. The outdoor section was our favorite--truly the most unique spa experience we've ever had. We felt completely immersed in nature. There was a hot and cold plunge, a hot tub with jets, and separate private bathtub areas. Overall, I'd say the spa experience was top-notch and nothing short of a picture-perfect day! The resort itself was equally impressive. We walked around the lagoon, soaked in some sunshine, and enjoyed drinks at the lobby bar. We also tried the Papaya Club for lunch and Ceiba for dinner. I'll leave separate reviews for the restaurants, but both were exceptionally good! This was our first time at this fairly new resort and spa, and we were thoroughly impressed by everything. The hospitality--from the valet to the spa hosts and technicians, bartenders, and restaurant servers--was truly top-tier. They did a phenomenal job! Celebrated my birthday in the best way- with a spa day! Orlando's newest spa is also Orlando's best spa, with beautiful indoor and outdoor amenities and peaceful and scenic views, it was such a beautiful and relaxing day! We were greeted by so many friendly and welcoming people, it's so hard to remember everyone! But Lucia really went above and beyond for me. She remembered my name all day and helped me out several times! Everything was so calm, I was able to just relax for the first time in months. It was so wonderful! Monique was also amazing! We had pedicures this time and this was the best pedicure we've had locally! The mineral mist, scrub, and massage were highlights. For spa amenities, there are so many notable highlights, but my personal favs were the couples baths, and the hot and cold plunges. The baths are simply unique; I've yet to see this in another spa here in Orlando! As for the hot and cold plunges, Anthony and I had fun going from the hot tub to the cold plunge. (This was difficult and slightly painful! But the burst of energy at the end was worth it, and the laughs that came along were also fun) Overall, it was such a wonderful day. Lots to like about this luxury resort co-located with Evermore around a man made lagoon (basically a giant chlorinated pool the size of six football fields). It's gorgeous, has everything you need for daytime activities (kayak, SUP, fitness classes) and a 7th floor restaurant overlooking the lagoon and Disney fireworks. The hospitality was on point with friendly faces everywhere who are eager to help, and take time to learn your name (or they just read my name tag) and use it every time they greet you. I was there for business, and the meeting experience was spectacular with comfortable seating and good quality meals and snacks. It was also where the Lakers stayed when they were in town to play the Magics (sadly they lost). Other things to know: No refrigerator space to store anything; it's all sensored minibar. Very kid friendly, there might have been more kids than adults. You have to show ID at the gate when you arrive, and they will scan and check it against hotel reservations. Mosquitoes everywhere. In the gym too. I got bitten 4 times through pants! Granted, they were skinny pants, so maybe Gen Z will be fine. They supplied citronella bracelets and bug spray at our outdoor lawn receptions, but that didn't stop those little buggers. read more

Date of stay: March 2 - March 3, 2025 Room: 334 This isn't the kind of hotel I could normally afford, but I had a free Hilton night and I am all about maximizing my rewards! Everything here was 5 stars, from the check in with Frankie to the collecting of the car from the valet. We had a King room with a balcony overlooking the pool area. While we didn't really get much of a chance to use the balcony, it was a nice addition to the room and was decorated nicely. The bathroom was well-appointed and the Byredo products are always appreciated! The pocket doors to the bathroom help maximize the space and having a separate water closet is a great add as well. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that there was no fridge in the room, only the minibar, meaning that there was no place to keep other food or drinks cold. It's disappointing that such an expensive hotel doesn't offer something that almost every other hotel provides, for much less. read more

Wow! Such an amazing experience at the Conrad Orlando. The hotel is very modern, beautiful, and luxurious. They have a really nice heated pool with cabanas and a splash pad. There are several restaurants on property and a coffee shop with amazing gelato. I also tried out the spa and love my 80 minute manage and mineral bath in their spa garden with zen vibes. A huge plus is that you get to use the facilities of the Evermore which includes water sports in the lagoon, water slides, and much more. Highly recommend! read more

This place is easily one of the nicest hotel properties I've ever stayed at. The rooms were clean and spacious. There are plenty of amenities. We had fantastic service from everyone we encountered when it comes to the hotel staff. My only minor complaint about this hotel is the fact that their market in the lobby that had gelato pastries, snacks, and drinks closed every night at 8 PM. It made it very inconvenient if you're looking for an evening snack and forced you to either rely on the minibar or their full service dining options . Visited this place as company for a conference. Having stayed in luxury hotels almost all over the world, was hunting for one in the US and was fortunate enough to stay here!! It was the most relaxing and rejuvinating experience. Upon entrance, all you can say is "WOW". Lobby is massive and your welcomed with the sight of the pristine lagoon, immediately transporting you to somewhere in the Maldives or Caribbean paradise. Beautiful is too small a word for this hotel. Everything here was classy and luxurious. It isnt something to visit often as it has a special price tag to it, but, thats what makes it different. They give you an option of a key card and or bracelet, thats pure luxury.. If you're staying for a day or 4. It makes it worth it. We got the 3rd floor, semi lagoon facing. Our mistake, we didn't mention we were with a certain company for the conference, else we would have gotten the 7th floor, lagoon facing. But that's ok. The room was gorgeous, bathroom was outstanding (wished there was a tub though) after a 6 hour straight flight, you'd expect that to be there. The beds are pure luxury. The color schemes in the rooms are amazing and calming : (tip -if you get a 2 bed, just take it, it makes the room more spacious..!) I was hoping being Hilton Gold members, we would get a better upgraded room but all the rooms were booked and filling up quickly so missed that opportunity. We checked in and immediately headed to the bar downstairs - Apero. Wow, what service, you can ask them to make your own off the menu drinks and oh boy do they deliver and pamper you! Do ask for Chris, if you want the BEST drinks at that bar. He does a fantastic job and will leave you surprised with the off the menu drinks as well. He made an amazing Gimlet and Old Fashioned. Given the entire hotel was booked for by the company hosting the conference, family members couldnt not visit the restaurents and room service is only limited to the kitchen. However, I was told Ceiba was absotuley perfect for the mexican cuisine for lunch. It is not open everyday so dinner was missed there. If you have a sweet tooth or want to grab something post a good workout the cafe is amazing. Do order the blueberry lemon muffins, they are outstanding, freshly made inhouse, they also offer pasteries, sandwhiches, gelatos etc.. the downside is that the Cafe/Market place shuts by 8pm, so it is a limited option, was hoping it would be open 24*7 or atleast have a vending machine/s for grabbing a quick bite.. The health juices are also amazing! If you order room service, it is amazing, however the food can get cold super quick. The SPA here is expensive, but its all part of the luxury that you're looking for. So if you are the kinds who are ok to splurge couple of 100s go right ahead! When you do take a spa service, you and your party get a complimentary special access to their private pools/hot baths, etc. That access and location in the hotel is only and only available to those who take up the SPA service. Prices can range anywhere starting from USD 150 for a facial to USD800 for a massage (depending on the minutes you choose of the massage). It is def worth a try if you're ok to spend that amount! Do you get discounts if you're members - well the only discounts you get for Gold and Diamond members is $20 off merchandise in the spa. The gym is fab. You get little cold scented towlettes as well there, post your workout to use. Equipment is top notch. Walking around the Evermore property is def worth it. Especially in the evenings. Take a nice lounge pool chair and relax in the white sand... The staff: The staff here goes over and above for you. Everytime you make a call or you call for room service. They are just there to make you comfortable. We had room service come and up our room so graciously and keep our products so nicely.. so warm and friendly! Overall, this place is Paradise and you should def visit it once. The rooms are not cheap and they can start from $1000 per night, depending on the month of the booking, given its so close to Disneyland, the good thing is they offer a complimentry shuttle, so you avoid the extra expense of the Uber. There are a few good on-site dining choices: Sophia's Trattoria - I had for breakfast buffet style, exactly as you would get outside of the country. Ceiba - Latin-inspired dishes, fresh and flavorful. Papaya Club - Perfect for poolside food, I had the Kung Pao wings and the empanadas and tropical drinks. After encountering some issues during our initial visit, the hotel manager, Sean, personally reached out to us. He went above and beyond to address every concern and made sure our second stay exceeded expectations. We kicked off our trip by spending the day by the lagoon, enjoying the variety of activities available. My daughter and niece were especially excited to get henna tattoos, which made for a fun and memorable start to the weekend. That evening, we had dinner at the hotel's Italian restaurant, Sophia's. My father, his wife, and my two sisters joined us, and our server, Tim, was absolutely amazing. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable, offering excellent suggestions for my vegan father and my niece who has dietary restrictions. It was wonderful to see the restaurant accommodate everyone so well. Every dish was phenomenal, and the view of the lagoon from the terrace added a beautiful touch to the meal. My wife and I shared the Bistecca--it was to die for. As a surprise, they brought out a birthday cake for me, which was delicious and incredibly thoughtful. On our second day, we reserved a cabana by the Conrad pool. It served as the perfect home base while we explored more of the property. We went paddle boarding, kayaking, enjoyed the Evermore family slide, jump rope activities, and spent plenty of time cooling off in the pool. My daughter and niece had a blast participating in the Easter egg hunt and visiting the petting zoo that morning--those thoughtful touches made the experience even more special for them. To our surprise, we were greeted by the same staff member who helped us during our first stay over a year ago--Moe, I believe was his name. He recognized us right away and was just as warm and helpful as we remembered. Employees like Moe are truly gems in any resort. Having food and drinks delivered to our cabana from the Papaya Club was super convenient, and staff were always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The entire experience made for one of the most memorable birthdays I've had in years. Our visit even inspired my father and his wife to start planning a staycation of their own, and a friend of ours, Donna Mavrides, is heading to the resort next week with her family to celebrate her grandson's 4th birthday. Location: very close to Disney springs but the couple minutes on the state road makes the location quiet and retreat-like. Lots of restaurants in the nearby developments. Recommend hitting them up before getting to the hotel. Rooms: excellent big rooms with a nice living room space with a couch and chair. Wide planked wood floors are classy. Nature view rooms look out onto the side of the property or the hot tub and zen garden which is quieter than pool or lagoon view. Bathrooms are nice and big but the doors are sliders and they open and close with a pretty loud initial noise. Rooms are spotlessly clean, even on base moulding and in closets. The teal accents are a little bizarre but no harm done. Nespresso in room Service: excellent. Well polished front desk staff. Pool team is great with a special shoutout to Chris for setting up our pool situation early in the morning. Overall a great stay. An excellent property for Disney if you've got Hilton status and/or points. As always, I redeemed Hilton Honors points for my stays instead of paying cash. Cash rate would have gone for roughly $1000 a night. The lobby is large, inviting, and decorated well for the holidays. The outside of the hotel, especially around the lagoon is beautifully kept as well. As a Diamond, we were upgraded to Lagoon View with balcony. Great sunset views in the evening. Bathroom was large, bed was comfy, and housekeeping always arranged things neatly for us during turn down service. Diamond also gave $25 food credit per person, which was sufficient to cover most entrees at Sophia's for breakfast. I thought the food was great, and lots of options. There's also a cute little cafe called Little Spoon available for coffee, treats, and even gelato. Staff was friendly throughout, from front desk to room service. The shuttle was also quite lux, and it's nice to not share with other hotels, only Conrad guests. And I also had a great experience at the spa. One of the best massages! I'd definitely return here for another Disney trip. read more

This property excels in every aspect. It's darn near perfect, and it's certainly well above average. Nothing here is ordinary. The service is exceptional, with a genuine smile that goes above and beyond. It's a well-oiled machine of hospitality that manages to feel personable despite its size. The valet greeted us with a warm smile and offered to help us with our luggage. We had a roller suitcase, but we declined their assistance, assuring them that it would be fine. At Check-In, Amanda made the process seamless. As a Fine Hotels and Resorts guest (FHR), I was promptly informed about the benefits available to me. As a Hilton Gold member, I was proactively notified of the stackability of the daily food and beverage credit, which I opted to take advantage - in lieu of 1k points - of for a two-guest party, resulting in an additional $50. This is a significant benefit that most properties do not want to allow during an FHR stay now (looking at you Vegas). Our room was still being made ready but we were offered a 6th floor accommodation that we gratefully opted to take as it would allow us to get to exploring. Upon settling into my room, I received a check-in text from Frankie, who offered to help me in any way possible and ensure that I was satisfied with the room. I absolutely loved the room and couldn't resist asking about the hotel mascot--a rabbit! I had read online about the unique mascots that Conrads hotels have, and since I am expecting a daughter, I kindly requested one. Frankie was more than happy to accommodate my request and prepared a rabbit for me. I picked it up from the front desk. After our settling in at the hotel, we headed to Apero. My wife enjoyed refreshing waters and mocktails, while I indulged in a few real ones. The staff working at Apero on Valentine's Day was exceptional. They engaged us in delightful conversations and even remembered us later that night. They were incredibly knowledgeable about various unique drinks and offered several creative suggestions to enhance the flavors. These gentlemen are a valuable asset to the team, and their exceptional service greatly contributes to the guest experience. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to them for kind wishes and congratulating us on expecting a child. They were equally great in accommodating my wife's food preferences, ensuring that all dishes were enjoyable for both of us. I am pleased to express my complete satisfaction with this property. I have no qualms about recommending it to others. I will undoubtedly return and it is at the top of my list for future suggestions. read more

Gorgeous architecture throughout the resort. The cleanliness was appreciated on the entire resort property and safety was a top priority with the storm though sadly prevented us swimming due to lightening. A few minor complaints is the shower water did not get hot, just mildly warm, and the valet was not very friendly and sent us to stand in the sun to wait for our car when we tried to stay in the shade. Highly recommend checking out Little Spoon and Sophia's. Both had great service and selection! read more

I'm a loyal customer at the Conrad Orlando, I stay here very often since I visit family in Orlando and it was my favorite resort. However, the last time I stayed here, I noticed that they could be doing a couple things to improve the cleanliness of the hotel rooms. I pay prime price to stay at this hotel, not for luxury amenities only but for the cleanliness of the rooms. I have two under two babies that like to crawl and walk around the room. I noticed the last time the edges of the room were very dirty, could definitely be vacuumed and mopped a little bit better along the edges and the carpets in the middle of the room. The thing that did it for me, the most the last time was that we encountered more than five bugs, silverfish bugs in the bathroom about two a night we came across. Normally, I would go straight to the front desk and complain however, I was in Orlando for family event events, and every night would get to my hotel room late at night past midnight and would see them while getting ready for bed. With proper cleaning maintenance, those bugs should not be present, especially at a five star hotel that goes for more than $800 a night After my travels, I did contact the front desk and I was a little disappointed that all they said was an apology however, after mentioning that I stay here once or twice a month did not offer me any sort of coupon or Hotel credit for the unenjoyable stay. Moving forward, I will be more hesitant on booking this Hotel may look for nicer ones around Orlando since it seems that it may not be super sanitary for my Littles. If I do book again, I will ask for special request of floor cleaning prior to arrival so we never run into any issues. Leaving this review, so Management can take this into an account so the proper maintenance can be performed and other guests don't have to deal with this in the future. No matter how nice a hotel if it's not kept up with throughout months and years, they can decline. read more

The Conrad is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. The service is by far the best I've experienced here in central Florida. Valet to park, concierge for luggage, every single need is met. We went out for the afternoon. Came back to our room organized, and cleaned. The housekeeper put our clothes and shoes away, organized the bathroom vanity....i had make up all over the sink. Restocked our mini bar, linens and water. You do have to request for them to bring a mini fridge up to your room for personal items. As well as request ice. The amenities onsite make the resort worth not having to leave. The bar downstairs several restaurants to choose from. They even have a kids program so you can dine while your child is at an event tailored to youth. (Members only 5+) You can't go wrong. The Conrad is apart of Hiltons luxury hotel/resorts so the cost of the experience and accommodations are pricey. I definitely feel like it is worth it. We didn't get to explore any of the restaurants this trip, however room service was great. We haven't left yet and I already can't wait to come back and bring our daughter. We just recently stayed at a different and popular resort nearby and Conrad has stolen our hearts for sure! read more
