Poor practices regarding work, records-release, and general honesty…read more Rude staff makes it very evident that they don't want to provide requested records, when they do send them it is partial. When requested a second time to send complete records they do not comply and send piece by piece, resulting in unnecessary back and forth due to their incompetence and VERY evidently bad attitude. They make it difficult for the client to practice their lawful right of having access to healthcare records which have already been paid for via service requested in the first place. Dental work is very poor, my tooth was left sharp and jagged, and unable to be flossed. Upon 2nd correction the other dentist in the facility had terrible things to say about the work provided by their associate. After 3 times it was never fully corrected by them. Pricing changes based on the staffs mood, unlike other dentists that provide up-front pricing irrelevant of insurance and mood. The staff gets very defensive because they cannot provide legitimate answers, they are inconsistent and dishonest.

As a result my expensive, not covered by insurance, night guard cracked after 1.5 years of light use. Dr. Roessler did not ask to review the guard to asses the quality of the work. I imagine he could've asked his supplier to remold the piece due to this issue. Instead, a secretary called me let me know I was out of luck. So I am just out the money....

I did not have a dentist of my own, based on terrible past experiences. I was left with dental anxiety. Dr. Konz and I interviewed each other, where we both asked each other dozens of questions. She began to make me feel at ease. Given my past history, she really took baby steps with me, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I have been seeing her since November, 2023 to correct a very neglected mouth. She has the vision and foresight to know how to correct my problems (crossbite and multiple broken teeth). She has an extensive range of professional colleagues for referrals, if needed (orthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons). My last appointment was a long 6 hours in the chair, and much of that time was spent laughing and sharing stories. (Who laughs and jokes while in the chair at the dentist?! Me, now that' I've found this fantastic woman!) Not only that, but her own professional staff is also second to no one. They are absolutely fantastic. From scheduling, referrals, chairside manner, billing, and KINDNESS, they are on their game. I feel so blessed to have found such a talented, caring, and professional team. There have actually been times we paid the final amount, in the office...what they told us to pay...and then get a bill for more, even more six months later They can never explain the discrepancies...either unable or unwilling. They also sometimes perform services that were not prescribed in the treatment plan, or the estimate before the work was done. No explanation...and those are usually denied by the insurance. hmmm...
