I am pissed when I picked up Buckeye up they told me they had started and that it was a small area okay fine whatever I did not realize how big it was until I actually got Buckeye home. How the hell do you not notice a penis and balls and assume it's a spay! I called and even came in in person to talk with them about getting a discount for their next visit or at least a credit or something and was denied and told no because the hair will grow back. So every dog that goes in there should expect to get a haircut and shaved incorrectly because no one can tell what the differences between a neutering and a spay is Husky hair takes longer to grow back and if shaved incorrectly might not grow back the right way. I know it's just hair and that it'll grow back but I did not pay for him to get inaccurately shaved for a procedure that doesn't even apply to him. I gave them a call regarding questions I had about a kitten that I rescued, which is where the person on the phone with me, Gunnar, was able to briefly help me, but said that he would need to speak with the doctor and would give me a call back. While I did not receive a call back, I did receive a very detailed text message by Gunnar. Firstly apologizing for not giving me a call back and secondly going into detail of what my options were with caring for the kitten. He gave me advice without making me feel obligated to go with them to have the kitten seen. This type of kindness will always incline me to leave a review to show appreciation to those who are just simply caring without expecting anything in return. Don't offer appointments on days you aren't going to offer phone support. That's basic common sense. Save yourself the stress and headache. The convenience you think this service will have for you is not worth their inconsistency, the lack of transparency, and overall lack of professionalism that you can clearly see in all of the scorned reviews.
