Topped with strawberry popping boba." After waiting about 20 minutes for my drink, I was informed they were out of green tea and was offered mango tea as a substitute. While I appreciated being given an alternative, the final drink was nothing like what was advertised. It did not include the strawberry popping boba, and there was nothing creamy about it. The drink tasted bland, watered down, and lacked flavor. I was so disappointed with the drink that I didn't even want to try the banana bread I purchased. After a few sips, the entire purchase went straight into the trash. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't come close to meeting expectations. The entire night and throughout Tuesday I became violently ill. Classic food poisoning symptoms. I've never gotten food poisoning to this magnitude. At first, I hoped it was a one-off, but the effects have lingered all week. I spent all day Wednesday and Thursday extremely delirious and weak from recovery. I was finally starting to feel a little better, and then last night(Saturday) the symptoms returned: nausea, stomach pain, sulfur burps, extreme bloat/gas, feverishness. Almost as if my body was relapsing from whatever I'd eaten. I was very close to going to the hospital to make sure I didn't have a stomach infection. It's now been almost a full week and I'm still not back to normal. I haven't been able to eat much besides applesauce, broth, tea, and crackers. I'm disappointed because I was really looking forward to the meal. I'm even considering giving up dairy because I am traumatized by this experience. I should've checked their reviews before ordering. I'm not writing this out of anger, but out of genuine concern. Something in their food handling or storage seems unsafe, and it's worth the restaurant taking a serious look at.
