He replaced a part and the dryer worked for less than a week. He came back a second time and replaced the same part. Ten days later, the dryer is dead once again. I called them and they told me that since the same part keeps breaking, it must be another issue which they do not service. I asked for a refund and was denied because "the technician did his job." The dryer doesn't work and it's been less than three weeks since they first "fixed it." I contacted my credit card company to report them for their fraudulent business practices.
