He diagnosed both issues and explained it thoroughly. He left to the supplier and can back promptly and fixed both appliances. I had an issue with the refrigerator and they came back the next morning no questions asked. It turned out nothing was wrong, it just took time for the refrigerator to cool off as it had been opened for a long time the day before to allow the ice to thaw. They kept me updated with texts and when to expect my technician. It took Aleksei (our tech) about 10 minutes to pull dryer apart, diagnose problems and offer a fair estimate.
