I don't usually go to liquor stores, but I needed some vodka and brandy for some recipes this week. Immediately I was asked if I needed any help and I told the cashier my situation. Right away they pointed out some good Brandy's to me and made it very easy and fast! I just needed a little vodka bottle and they were also right there at the front. Very easy and quick experience. I don't see why the other 2 reviews gave these guys three stars. In the netherworld that is Hiram they totally deserve 4. I'll concede the point that they're beer selection isn't as extensive as Highland Beverage but they have a really good selection of entry level craft beer six packs and a really good selection of whiskeys and bourbons. Yeah, they're not Green's but they're not a ghetto pint shot either. These guys no their stuff and are always really helpful and always have solid beers in stock. The only times i've ever walked out of there without buying something are when i'm on a mission for something really specific. If your in Hiram and are looking for something quick but good for a party or cook out check them out, you won't be disappointed but if your looking for a major craft beer selection drive a little further and go to highland. read more

Great selection and friendly staff. However, something must of happen. They have been closed for the passed few weeks.

This place is okay. I found out there was another liquor store just right down the streets, and the reviews are much better so I will probably checking that out for New Years. If you read the other reviews there is talk about a lady behind the counter who is very unfriendly. This is true, but she is not as bad as most other users make her out to be, and I'm pretty sure one of the older guys that works there, who I believe to be the manager, was hitting on me.....yeah...did not enjoy that experience and was thankful to God when I left. There is this older lady though that works there and stocks things. Every time I come in, even if I don't see her, she calls me out and says hey, gives me a hug. I kinda feel bad because I don't even know her name. I came in here one time because I wanted to get something for my cousin who was in town and didn't know what he wanted, but I knew I wanted it to be good, but not strong. She turned me onto something called Khula, and I ended up loving it so much I bought myself a full sized one the next time I went there. There is some lack of variety here, and I'm looking forward to going to the other store, will make sure I write a review for that place as well, but all and all this place is not terrible, prices are reasonable, and despite the staff I will be back again. read more

The battle for best liquor store in PC is between this and Highland Beverage. Highland's microbrew selection blows the Bottle Shop away, but as the Bottle Shop is 3 miles closer, it is my goto store. If the two stores were the same distance, i'd pick Highland if i were a microbrew fan such as myself. read more

Looks like they have brought back some of there best employees. Great prices large selection on everything. Friendly and if you can not find something they will try and order it for you. Very nice place large lots of parking. read more

I think this place rates up there..... we can always give a four star, but why? The prices here are very reasonable (go down to Marietta and see the difference just fifteen minutes away!). He's well stocked.... and, he will order anything for you if you want a case.... or if he's had it before and it's in the system, he will order it anyway. I find the staff to be very personable and have never had a problem with any of them. If they don't know the answer, they will find out! There used to be a woman who worked there who was VERY rude/unpleasant but SHE IS GONE and has been for a long while! :) read more

I really hate giving this place a 2 star review, they have an amazing selection of wines. I have been very happy with the selection of wines, I have been in the customer service field for way over 30 years, poor customer service is my pet peeve. I purchased a bottle a wine on 03/22/2018 - I wanted to try this wine and do a review on it a few months ago but decided against it. Since the new owners have taken over I love the variety of Wine. I purchased CUP CAKE BLACK FOREST RED BLEND WINE, which this is an awesome bottle of wine for the price. I called my Husband to pick up another bottle and was told they didn't have it, which I they do because, i went last night and they had a lot of them. My husband called and said they didn't have the wine, I said they do. I decided to call, customer service sucks so bad, they told me again they didn't have it. I called back again and decided to tell them exactly where it was. The girl said it's the same lady, I was blown away with that statement, Rick said I am over here now I don't see it. The customer service is really horrible here. I decided to go back to my regular store and have them to order it. The only reason I gave this place a 2 start is because the girl that greets and the register is awesome. I will never spend my money here again. read more

You want Pappy's. This is the place. New owners have made this place GREAT! Clean, everything you want. Every beer, every wine, every bourbon, every Scotch, ask and ye shall receive. This is what a liquor store should be. Go now for Pappy's, need to buy some 1792 but worth it. read more
