I called the insurance company and informed them that Chuck with All American Roofing stated we did not need to replace the roof. First of all, Clint has been in the business a long time as a roofer and an adjuster for insurance companies. He *is* the business, he doesn't just go sell a job and farm it out to some third-rate contractors. He put on the nicest roof I've ever seen with an incredible eye for detail. He fixed numerous issues that the old roof had. He added proper ventilation, a really nice looking z-ridge on the peaks, did it the right way. The service is outstanding, from beginning to end. He takes pride in his work. He explained everything along the way. He was out working with the crew. He inspected everything and fixed a few things himself that he wanted done a little more precisely. He also came out after his crews had cleaned to take a second pass at cleaning. I feel obligated to warn others. I hired this contractor for what should have been a…read morestraightforward patio cover installation. What followed has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences l've ever had with a home project. From the beginning, communication has been inconsistent and dismissive. The crew failed to properly cover the exposed structure before expected rain, which led to significant water intrusion in my master bedroom, master bathroom & kitchen. Despite repeated requests, the roof was left open to the elements-twice-which caused worsening damage to the interior of my home. I had to personally hire a third-party company to tarp the roof and mitigate water damage, costing me $1,600 out of pocket. The 2nd mitigation company filed with my insurance company which resulted in a $1,800 out of pocket deductible. What's worse is that the contractor would not properly close the roof & fix the interior unless we made additional payments even though the initial payment was supposed to go towards the structure and completed roof which are still 2 months later NOT completed. Not to mention we had a THIRD leak after they fixed the supposed issues! They did come tarp but now due to them tarping the roof incorrectly after the third leak all along the middle of the house rather then just the structure we might have to replace majority of the roof per inspectors. Honestly, this is unacceptable, especially considering that their negligence is what led to the current damage and cost burden in the first place. As of now, the structure STILL has a large blue tarp over it & we are outside our HOA time frame. Not only that but he didn't even get permits like he said he would with the first payment until I questioned him and called the county only for them to confirm we indeed need permits. The workmanship itself has been flagged by multiple experts as structurally unsound & incorrectly done, from the roof to the structure itself. Even to this day, after they supposedly fixed it and now being told we might have to replace the whole roofs shingles from the tarp they incorrectly put in the middle of the home as the wind blew off the tarp and pulled the shingles off, there are so many nails and holes in our roof now. Pictured though is some of the original work they deemed as done and only needed "paint and electrical." One of the main support posts was visibly slanted, the center post was not properly attached to the home & the weight bearing beam had no support, and the flat roof is not supposed to have shingles. Run far away from this contractor. His address on his contracts lead you to a shopping center, and his insurance denied are claim because he doesn't have the proper insurance since he utilized his own workers vs subcontractors. Any issue you push on he is ready with "I can get my attorneys involved" as a scare tactic. He even tried to claim we are trying to commit insurance fraud. (I work in commercial insurance... I of all people would would never) I'll be adding more pictures from the findings of the roof inspectors & added the "finished" work they did on the outside and the inside of the home.

At the beginning of day 2 we noticed our bedroom carpet was wet. Come to find out they didn't cover the area where they made holes on our house, and water got in due to rain. In his own words "Just let it dry out and continue with the project." Didn't offer fans or anything. We had to call a water mitigation company which confirmed that our walls were indeed soaked with water. He didn't offer to help fix it. He then proceeded with the project which AGAIN once he put the roof on the patio, that started leaking the next day! And guess what, he STILL didn't offer to fix it. It was till the THIRD time it leaked where he offered to help which was to let someone else take over the job. Well, we continued with the new guy which is a friend of him. Us thinking he wanted to help and make it right. Nope, it leaked under his supervision! He said it would take 1 week to finish the project and 4 weeks later here we are with an unfinished patio, roof leaks, interior not done properly. But it's all good we WILL see him in court.

This room is right off the front entryway so it was super important to get it right, as well as not take away from the entry and it still has a feeling of being a part of the home originally. They install the doors in one day as well as all the glass inserts. The doors I chose were not brand new they were unused from a prior job (Lee has a HUGE inventory of new, refurbished, and used windows and doors- he is also able to cut doors to size on site). Lee and his team were timely, respectful and listen to all of my wants and needs to make this new office an optimal use of space and functionality. The Doors I chose were 24 inches wide, with a transom on either side as well as above. The original opening was 84 inches wide and 104 inches high. The doors both swing open(inward)and the left door can lock in place, the right door is fully functional and can be locked from the inside. Very pleased with the finished product and I will be going back for any other home remodels

MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! Great quality. Beautiful roof. Honest and professional. Responsive, patient, timely and clean. Could not have been more pleased. Hired Guns replaced our roof and performed extensive exterior and interior repairs to our home related to Hurricane Beryl. Randie and Hannah were right there with us every step of the way through the initial claim with our home insurer and the very difficult 14-month disputed claims process; and they were personally present on the actual day of roof replacement. Their advice and support helped us understand and navigate the claims process, and they patiently answered all our questions as to the various types and grades of shingles that we considered. It can be invaluable to have an honest and responsive contractor by your side in a protracted process with your insurer. The workmen were careful with our plants and outdoor furniture when roofing and with our furniture, hardwood floors, and carpets when repairing and painting inside. The cleanup was impeccable both inside and out. BTW, the roofing crew completed our very large roof in one day and it is beautiful. They arrived before sunrise and worked by flashlight to protect and cover the plants around the house. At sunrise, they were up on the roof; and, at sunset, the roof was finished. In the dusk hour, they were meticulously cleaning up. They got my claim approved after 5 other roofers could not. When the job started they handnailed my roof. After they were done my insurance went down from 4700 a year to 2500.00 year. My insurance agent said it was because of the high quality impact resistant shingle they put up. He later got his roof done by Randie and the Hired Guns Team. I am the…read moreproperty owner and I have waited 5 months before leaving a review, hoping Brian would do the right thing. On completion, the roof did not pass inspection by a licensed TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) inspector on Agust 17, 2024. Also, during installation, it rained into my home even though the owner was alerted to a coming rain storm. He assured me the roof was completely sealed, but it wasn't and there were no tarps on site to cover the roof. Severel rooms in my home received damage from the water and the insulation in the attic was destroyed. Brian did repairs on September 20, 37 days after original installation, and again on September 20. On September 27, Brian finally went on roof to see for himself the job that we were complaining about. When he came down, he said "It is SO BAD I have to get another crew". He had never sent out an experienced roofing crew, just handymen, and repairs were not done correctly. The roof failed another inspection by licensed inspector on October 30, 2024. More repairs were done in November, and another inspection was done in December. There were still deficiencies. So after 5 months and 3 inspections, my roof is still not acceptable. Brian said my roof was completely sealed when I warned him of approaching rain storm. It was not and there were no tarps on site to cover roof. Said roof vents covered by insurance were replaced, but two independent roofers said they were not replaced, just painted over. Said they are committed to making things right and ensuring that I was completely satisfied with final outcome. Be sure to read both sides of their contract.

At the time I made that proposal, I had not yet consulted with an attorney and was not fully aware of my legal rights. My offer was made in good faith in an effort to resolve this dispute. FairClaims did not accept or respond to that proposal at the time, the company ghosted me for over a year. The amount I offered would not even cover the cost of correcting the installation deficiencies & hiring qualified contractors to complete the outstanding work that FairClaims was paid to perform. FairClaims requested mediation, and I responded with a good-faith settlement proposal in the hope of resolving this matter. If Fairclaims Roofing / FCR Services is a honest company, they would want to do right thing, They would agree to a fair and reasonable settlement: 1) refund for work they failed to do and incorrect installation 2) cover all repairs and all outstanding work, however, based on the unreasonable settlement offer I recently received, I do not believe that their request for mediation was made in good faith to resolve this dispute, If this matter proceeds to litigation, when I am successful, I intend to seek all damages and remedies available under applicable law, including attorney's fees, costs, and any other relief authorized by law including RCAT and DTPA claims.

We…read morepurchased the model home in Thousand Oaks Magnolia called The Thousand Oaks, a modern farmhouse. Initially the transaction was superb, and we were really excited to own the beautiful home. We have more rooms within the house that leak due to a poor roofing subcontractor (Fairclaims Roofing) than we have dry rooms that has failed to remedy the situation in visiting the house and repairing it at least 8 times. Each time we paid for the visit to the roofing subcontractor the builder said they used. The owner, Justin, company came out a couple times but was as incompetent in recommending a fix and identifying the problem as the crew was installing the roof. His excuses were blaming it on the design of the house, the builder built this as a model home so the roof was not done with the right quality, and the builder was not willing to pay for the correct materials, etc. Moving forward from that mess we had independent roofing inspectors individually inspect the leaking areas and the entirety of the roof. Well, it comes to find out that our shingles would not even pass a warranty because the roof was not properly installed and the granularization of the shingles showed they were too old and improperly stored prior to installation. PLEASE NOTE: This was two different independent inspectors that noted the EXACT SAME THING.....you need a new roof due to the poor craftsmanship on the roof and how can you warranty something that was never done right in the first place.
