The Cajun fries were cooked just as I like them: crispy but not burnt. The cheese had some spice to it but not an overwhelming amount to the point it was "hot". I did taste a mozzarella stick and the absence of grease and the abundance of crispy, well seasoned breading was fantastic. Top notch all the way around. The wait for the food was surprisingly very short considering everything is made fresh. We felt as if it was just another day eating in the kitchen at grandmas, which I miss a lot these days. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to slow down and take a step back in time and enjoy a meal. In my opinion places like this get overlooked and shouldn't.
