Just for the record, it's been awhile since I felt a need to post ANY kind of review on Yelp…read more.. But, as soon as I got to work today I needed to sit down and write this. I just got back from getting a Brazilian wax and an eyebrow tint with Susan. Can I just say she's AMAZING. I had a Brazilian wax a year ago from a fancy spa in Brookfield...(won't say the name but it rhymes with Chazana...) and I vowed I would NEVER do that again. My hubby talked me into it, and can I just say it was SO different from what I experienced????? Ok??? Susan was SO kind and understand and kept me talking the entire time. It only took about 15 minutes and was so much less painful than before. I couldn't believe she was done! She is SOOOO skilled that I'm already looking at the calendar to schedule my next one. KUDOS CHICKADEE! Also, the eyebrow tint was perfectly natural. Last time I got it done I looked like an Angry Bird. This time it was beautifully matched to my hair. SUSAN... YOU ROCK!! I can't wait to come back, and I will definitely refer ALL of my friends to you! Thank you for your expertise and commitment to doing things so professionally! See you in 4-6 weeks! :) Michelle

She looked at my inspo pics, asked a few questions, and then got to it. She nailed it! Hair looks so much healthier and it turned out even better than I imagined. I also liked that she kept to the appointment time (it ended up being 57 minutes exactly), which shows me that she knows her skills and how to manage her time well.

I don't have any photos from my last paid pedicure but this nail salon is crappy. The male who did…read moremy generic shellac pedicure filed the top coat off the nail edge of my toes after curing it, which is a huge no no. The top coat seals the longevity of the gel polish and the only reason someone would do this is to hasten the timeframe of a future pedicure. Alas, not even a week after my pedicure service, it chipped and easily peeled off due to moisture. When I witnessed this, I decided not to tip more than $5. Live and learn I guess...

At first I was not sure afterwards, but when I got home and the more I look at my hair the more I really liked it! and I have natural waves in my hair so the following day i just air dried my hair and with the waves it looked really good too! Madi was so very pleasant and I will definately go back. Thanks Madi!!! Much appreciate you!
