The fitting took 60 seconds and then I explained my requirements for every day (no itchy lace plus extreme comfort with enough support to keep my back from hurting), and what I need for a special event dress (support you cannot see; comfort optional). Dana brought me many different options for both scenarios, which, to the extent I was comfortable with it, she helped me to try on and adjust. Very quickly I became so comfortable that she helped me the whole time. Dana is fabulous but relatively new, and so a wonderful expert verified everything she did. They explained to me the different bra styles and what they do, as well as UK vs US sizing etc. It was a terrific experience. Ultimately I chose a $56 strapless for the event dress, and for every day, I picked two $99 each Evelyn Bobbie sports-bra variations and a $65 Emoli underwire for the every day occasions when I need to dress less casually. So. For $317 I got: 1. An expert fitting in a private setting 2. Two hours of un-rushed selection and fit assistance plus education from incredible ladies who both know their stuff and understand the "ick" factor. 3. Two everyday comfort bras that fit well. 4. One "dress a little better" every day bra. 5. One strapless bra for the event dress. When I was checking out, there was a woman of about 40 at the register next to me who had driven 85 miles for their services. The checkout staff said "yes we have people who come from all over". She asked my size and I said I wore a B cup and a C cup just felt too big and too perfect and I liked a B cup and felt more natural. She told me she really liked a certain brand and they were more natural and gave me a B and a C and told me to just try it. I tried each on and showed her and when I had the C cup on she said they honestly looked nice on me and weren't too big at all. I really liked them and told her I wanted the C cup.

I had an issue with my sunglasses and was told at the point of sale that if I had any need of repairs I could bring them in. I did just that in November of 2024. I was told that it would take about a month to get them back. I called in January to check on the status and was told that someone would get back to me and no one did. I was later told that the owner was sick with the flu which is understandable and that someone would get back to me. No one did. I finally got a hold of the owner today after months of trying to get the status and she verbally accosted me stating that she ordered a ring for me that I didn't retrieve which is a BOLD faced LIE. She did not have the ring in stock and I wanted to see it in person BEFORE making the purchase. I also told her that it was fine and that I would try the Brighton store in Delaware. She volunteered to order it and told me that I could make my decision when I visited the store and that I was under no obligation to purchase it. Rightfully so as I did not make the request. Weeks later told me that the ring came in when I called to check on the status of my sunglasses the first time and I told her that I would take a look at it when I came to retrieve my glasses. This owner Kathy was very defensive despite my effort to emphasize with her for the brief 3 weeks that she was sick. She apologized for lying saying that she did in fact not tell me that the repair was a curtesy and she had to pay a total of $40 to send it for repair. While apologizing she simultaneously disrespected me saying "not to mess with her" and abruptly hung up on me while I was simply stating that it had been months and was empathizing with her situation. Of course she didn't hear that as she was screaming at me. She also accused me of being disrespectful in her shop which nothing could be further from the truth as I've had nothing but sweet encounters with her, her family and staff in addition to my husband and autistic child. What a disgrace. You should be ashamed of yourself for the way you treated me unnecessarily and your utter LIES. SPEAKING OVER your customers is not the right way to do business especially when they have legitimate questions and were being empathetic. I do not recommend this vendor and will be taking my business to the Brighton store going forward. I'm sure you're going to reply with UTTER lies but remember I also cannot believe that you JUST mailed the sunglasses out for repair. I enjoyed the small fragrance section with room sprays (the doggy poop cover-up was cute), but it wasn't anything you couldn't find at Anthopologie or Urban Outfitters. They do sell Pandora jewelry, so if you're looking for a charm or something to add to your collection, this might be a good place to stop by while you're in town; they also carried other jewelry collections, including some by local crafters. I found that to be the most interesting display, so perhaps if you've an eye for that sort of thing, you might find yourself something really neat. Service here was sort of lukewarm; nobody seemed to care that we were in the store. Employees just chatted with one another. Maybe it's because we're young? Not sure.
