It's right next to the Toco Giant Package Store, on the north or northwestern side. A test is $25, cash or credit. Initially I thought the employee was kind of aloof but he grew friendlier during the testing. He was efficient too, as the whole process took less than 10 minutes, probably closer to 5. The time seemed to zip by as we observed the many zany drivers in the poorly-designed parking lot. Seriously, the Toco Hills parking lot is a "zoo" (his word choice) for sure. Use caution!
