Half way through eating it there was a roach cooked into it. Wings, legs the whole thing. When the complaint was brought to their attention they tried to deny that it came from them, eventhough they were the only place selling burgers. Only got reimbursed after an argument & threat of exposure to every person there. They weren't even apologetic. I know things happen beyond control so an apology would've gone a long way. Rich's Wings & Things gives more "things" than they can bargain for. I do not recommend.

The menu consists of items made from Maine lobsters, such as Maine Lobster Rolls, Connecticut Lobster Rolls, lobster quesadillas, lobster tacos, lobster grilled cheese, lobster bisque, as well as New England Clam Chowder. After looking over the menu, I decided to order some "Lobster Tots" (tater tots served with warmed Maine lobster, cilantro lime sauce, pico de gallo). They were simply divine and paired well with the beers that I was having at the brewery. I give Cousins Maine Lobster my seal of approval and I hope to see one of their trucks again!

I might understand its because we are in a fan zone and the number of people is overwhelming but I believe an extra person or 2 should have been added to avoid such issue. Food: I got the Cheeseburger sliders that comes with fries. Although the portion was small, The fries were delicious and crispy. The burger were alright and definitely would need improvement in term of the beef patty size and have the bread toasted or add some sauce to it.
