Where do I start. Amateur installation at premium prices. Do yourselves a favor and hire professional installers.

In my opinion, shotty, sloppy work. Inferior parts all while charging a few dollars less than a dealership would charge. Had to have their work removed and had a certified dealer reinstall quality parts. read more

Hitch-It installed a class 3 hitch on my Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid. Excellent job installing the hitch and the electrical harness. Appointment was right on time. Hitch installation was nicely done with harness wiring neatly routed, encased in a protective sheathing, and neatly attached to trailer hitch. I live in Woodbury a 40+ minute drive to Hitch-It in Forest Park. There are businesses to have it done at in the Woodbury area but I've hear horror stories. Hitch-It has great reviews, they come highly recommended by my fellow anglers, and they've been around for 20+ years. And my experience confirmed that I made the right decision. read more

I originally tried to have a hitch installed at a UHaul Service Center. They had an 11-day wait for an appointment and after "working" on my car for two days, told me they could not mount a hitch. I was pointed to Hitch It by a family member, and I am so glad. They made an appointment and the whole process took ten minutes. Price was comparable, and service was infinitely better!
